La ubicación y el edificio. El departamento es cómodo para dos personas, tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía. La atención es muy amable. La piscina en la terraza tiene una maravillosa vista.
La cama pequeña, la falta de wifi y de estacionamiento.

Pide una reforma a gritos”

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación.
Las camas son muy incómodas con somieres muy viejos. Los colchones y almohadas son muy blandos y los cabeceros hacen mucho ruido.Todo el mobiliario está anticuado menos la cocina. Los armarios no abren bien y en el salón hay poca luz. En general la casa necesita una buena reforma. Respecto a la piscina tampoco está bien cuidada. No creo que tenga una buena relación calidad -precio.

Bardzo dobry”

Niewątpliwie największym atutem tego Apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja.2 najlepsze plaże w mieście w odległości 50-100 metrów od obiektu(zejście na plaże po schodach .Duży balkon z ładnym widokiem na góry i morze oraz plażę Buriana. Apartament przy uliczce prowadzącej do centrum miasteczka jednak w spokojniejszej jego części. Dwie małe sypialnie i salon na 2 pietrze domu usytuowanego w 2 Lini od morza. Mały kameralny basen na dachu idealny dla dzieci z przepięknym widokiem na okolicę. Blisko do centrum oraz wielu restauracji i barów(jedna restauracja w hotelu obok następne kilka w uliczce prowadzącej do centrum odległość 200-500 m od obiektu. Sklep spożywczy w budynku obok następny w odległości 30m.
Materace w sypialniach nie należą do najwygodniejszych (najprostszy materac sprężynowy). Klient przyzwyczajony do materacy miękkich piankowych /poketowych może mieć problem z komfortem snu tak jak to było w moim przypadku. Nie jestem przeczulony na punkcie zdjęć półki na balkonie pokrytej rdzą które zamieszczali poprzednicy ale faktycznie drobne elementy wyposażenia łazienki( jak wieszak na papier toaletowy czy ręczniki ) chyba należało by wymienić decydując się na wynajem bo to morze wpłynąć na ocenę . Pamiętajmy jednak ze to nie hotel a mieszkanie wakacyjne które jest wynajmowane od dotychczasowych lokatorów wiec jeżeli nie przeszkadza to właścicielowi to należy się liczyć z takimi drobnymi uchybieniami :). Mi to nie popsuło ogólnego odbioru teko obiektu bo doceniam w nim jego doskonała lokalizację oraz dobra cenę a tego właśnie oczekiwałem .
