Cozy and Cost-effective”
Come and enjoy this lodge for unexpected coziness and convenience of shops and dining areas around. No matter hill view or street view room are both great! The inner is a bit tradition though, the cleanliness and tidiness are appreciated. Then the size of rooms give enough space for rest and stock of shopping items. Two small points for the toilet items: shower cap and soft (not hard) tooth brush.

Exceptional”
50 meters away from the busiest Nathan Road provides both convenient and quiet comfort staying. Spacious room at a great price and great location. Although equipped with air conditioning, small windows at the top can be opened for more fresh air. Very nice because most rooms are facing the Kings park. Kettle, fridge, hairdryer, safe, TV, wifi, lan are provided. No USB charging, bring your own charger/adapter. No laundry service but have one laundry just opposite the hotel providing both wet and dry cleaning and the hotel is happy to help with the collection after washing. Only 1 lift to serve all floors, need a bit of patient during peak hours. Due to the pandemic, they won't clean the rooms during stay, and only change towels every 2 days. Guests have to pack their own rubbish for collection every evening. They require guest to have proof of covid vaccination. This is not mentioned in the web site.

We got upgraded to a family room, it's very big with a couch which smells a little though, and seems no signal for the TV, no other problems we found and the price is fair even though we book at last minute.

The design and the furniture took me back to the 90s but in a good sense because the property, decoration and furniture were all well maintained. The staff were nice and polite except for the janitor ladies were just too loud and enthusiastic to be socialize with the long stay customers

The location is ideal as it is just across from Yau Ma Tei mtr. However, the ambience is below average. No tea or coffee provided and garbage is just left putside the hallway to be picked up. The staff is courteous.

No water in the morning after 9:00am”
The hotel need to wash the water tank from 9:00-18:00, but didn't remind me when I checked in. What will you do when you wake up at 10:00am to find that no water to use, no shower, no cleansing & brushing teeth, etc?

Noisy environment ”
The maintenance worker drilled the wall at the early morning. In the meantime, the security guard frequently warned clients to put on face mask during eating and drinking at the hotel. What a horrible experience like as a messy construction site. Noise came all around you!

Right next to MTR, Clean rooms and do a Good Cause”
Caritas Bianchi Lodge is managed by Caritas-Hong Kong, the Official Social Welfare Bureau of the Roman Catholic Church in Hong Kong. Part of the reason I chose this place is also because I can support a good cause while holidaying It's located just next to Yau Ma Tei MTR, and lots of things to eat and shop around. There is a famous ramen shop just in front of the hotel, and a Hong Kong pastries shop that you can buy souvenirs from - very convenient indeed! Room-wise - very new, comfortable and faces a hill. It is tranquil and room service is prompt. My stay came with breakfast at a really old-school cafeteria. It's no frills but works for me - there's so many things to eat in HKG anyway Overall, a very pleasant stay, and would go back again. If there is anything to criticise at all, maybe it's the only sole, slow lift. I'm on holiday anyway, so I can afford to wait 5mins

Convenient and spacious room”
This was my sixth visit to Hong Kong and by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Having been to Hong Kong numerous times, one would know about the size of the typical Hong Kong hotel room. However, I was truly impressed. This was the biggest hotel room I ever had in Hong Kong. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - hair dryer, bottled water, safe, adapter, etc. Our room was facing the road but as we were on a high floor, we could hardly hear the noise from the road. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR and also within walking distance to Mongkok and Jordan. The hotel is easily accessible and if you are coming from the airport, just take bus A21 from the airport, alight at Man Ming Lane and the hotel is within 5 mins walk. Our booking didn't include breakfast but this was not necessary as there were a lot of eateries around the hotel, there was also a supermarket and a convenience store right in front of the hotel. There is a Japanese ramen shop right in front of the hotel and always had long queues but it was well worth the wait - the ramen was truly delicious. If there was anything to complain about, its that the hotel does not provide tissue. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay at Caritas Bianchi and would consider staying there if I visit Hong Kong again.

Experience at Caritas Bianchi Lodge”
We had our trip in HongKong this February and we stayed at Caritas Bianchi Lodge for 3 nights. Our overall experience in the hotel was great. We didn't have problems checking-in and out. They have friendly and accommodating staff and know how to speak English. They clean our room daily and change the towels upon our request. The room has a mini bar in case you want to get a drink and doesn't want to go out from the hotel. Aircon is fully functional. The bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep with. The room is peaceful, not noisy and with a good view. The breakfast is included in our booking and we are satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It also provides free internet in case you're bringing a laptop. The hotel has a nice location, very near Yau Ma Tei MTR station. There's a 7 Eleven store nearby and a few minutes walk from Jade Market and Temple Street Night Market. We'll probably stay at Caritas again on our next trip to HongKong.
