Pros - Cozy place, love the cleanliness of the place as well as the room and restroom. Staffs are accommodating. Free soap, shampoo, brush and water. Cons- AC and exhaust is very noisy. Shower heater not working. Payment for booking is not refundable. No free breakfast.

Scenic but beware of weekends”
++The hotel was pretty scenic and IG worthy. -- Lack of parking during Saturday night. -- Live band until 12am and music still playing until 2am

The place is located on a highway and close to good restaurants and attractions. The pool was also a plus and the view is very nice. The issue is, if you would like to do some work while staying, this is not a place for you. The rooms has no wifi. Overall, still would recommend for those who would like to destress and detach.

Too pricey for its bed and breakfast”
Overall i would say the bed and breakfast, staff are ok. Location is along the main road. Breakfast is good. But for the amount we are paying, we were expecting a bit more luxury since it was not cheap. We also stayed at the room near the highway so that was horrible because it was too noisy so we definitely weren’t able to rest. We didn't stay the second night of our booking because of that.

Very difficult to contact!”
I tried everything--phone call, landline, Facebook page--but to no avail. On the day of our booking, we were told that kids aren't allowed. Well hello! You never bothered to answer your lines--no available phone class--how can I possibly know? Sobrang hirap kntakin and wala man lang magpaliwanag bakit. Sobrang hassle!

Needs Improvement”
We were quite disappointed on our experience. The flash in the toilet was not working, bidet was leaking and no trashcan. We approached the receptionist about the situation in our room but so disappointed that the maintenance was not around. Aside from that, there was a little worm in the shower floor which indicated the unhygenic of the place. TV signal was not working well too. The only pros that i could recall was the pool, location of the place which was just near their bar and free breakfast that really tastes good.

Expectation VS Reality”
Entirely different from their photos and in reality. Very disappointed! Cause of the heater they off early, two hours before our checkout. The room door is broken and it has a bad odor smell.

my booking was not in the system of the hotel, the breakfast was also not included way back before march 1 and just forgot to removed it. the bed was not that clean the curtains were full of dust. it was a horrible experience

Not consistent with the pictures on Agoda”
The location seems great because of its city view of Manila but the hotel is not maximized to what it is supposed to be. Sayang siya actually. The room has a balcony but the cigarette buds from the previous guests are still there. The bathroom toilet is leaking. When we checked out, our car had a flat tire in their parking lot. Good thing my sibling knows how to change tires. The guard saw us having a hard time changing tires but didn’t offer for help.
