Something a little different”
Really unique choice. Big apartment style room. Unit 1 is upstairs... large balcony, well equipped unit...fridge, kettle, dishes, kettle etc. No TV channels and no WiFi or hot water. But great size, very clean, good pool, nice caretaker...take a little time to understand each other and the people there are lovely. Great location across from beach.

Great Value for Money”
Although we were placed at Unit 3, the room is huge with all the basic amenities. But kicthen should have a stable curtain so neighbors cannot peek. They have a separate bath and toilet. But there is no bidet or lavatory sink. The place could be more appealing if improved. The pool is clean but unfortunately we have no time to swim on it. There is no tv channel available but they provided good movie cds for entertainment. It is a great value for money even if it's a tricycle away from Baybay.

The room is very spacious with dining and kitchen complete with cook wares. I love the smell of fresh linens. Place is very quiet and walking distance to Baybay beach.

We enjoyed our 4d/3n stay. It is just a few steps away from the Baybay Beach and 5-10 mins away from the baybay seafood restaurants. It is also just 5 mins tric ride from the airport. The place needs some updating as i know it is like residential house/apartments/rooms for rent. The room was sooo big that it can be a 1 br apartment. Ate caretaker was nice and accomodating. This is a very good place to stay for the cheap price and good location. I really recommend it and will book again when we come back to Capiz.

The place was clean and super nice. Its just a minute away from Roxas' famous restaurants by the ay. They have very big rooms and the caretaker was so friendly. You can cook inside the apartment too. Just needs more lights,a little dark outside the place at night.

The room is spacious and the balcony is my favorite spot! I love the privacy of the place and if you want to take a few moments of fresh air away from the city with a perfect beach view then this place is the best to be. Perfect for summer season!

Really great value for money location”
We paid 800 for our stay, and added 100 for 4 hours of early check-in (subject to availability). The location is on the main road of Roxas City across the sea, and you can see the beach from your window, but it's a 10-min walk away from the center of Baybay where all the restaurants are. The room itself is spacious and well ventilated, and has all the essentials including a small kitchen and dining area. The location though looks like it needs some upkeep (some random pieces of furniture across the compound, pool looked clean but surrounding area can do w a bit more clean-up, needs some paint in parts of the building, etc) but besides that is a steal for what you're paying for and has a charm and beauty all the same. Very much recommend if you're staying more long-term as well as it's very cheap and has all you need.

Location was a plus for this aprtment but it needs to improve. Shower and faucet in the cr is not fixed properly, water from the rain in the main door is getting in the room, the butane gas stove is not working, dusty floors and dirty cr. Very near to the seafood restaurants that are famous in Baybay and few minutes drive to malls.
