Overall Review”
Big room, bed, Comfort room, shower room. There a kitchen plus plates, water kettle. Refrigerator is working. nice place for a simple person. Very accommodating is Nanay ( The care taker). Hoping that they can improve more on the other amenities, like the TV ( it is not functional) & the swimming is not that clean ( pero sa di maarte ng tulad ko, go swimming lang). And hoping they will allow the visitor to stay in the room ( I don't know their reason for not allowing it). Low rating ko, but still if you are simple person, just want a place to sleep over since you're going for a tour, go for it. It is a very quiet place. Thanks again kay Nanay

The facilities & room itself needs improvement ”
The location & value for money are fare. The auntie who attended to us was accommodating. However the facilities needs overhaul. 1. The swimming pool & jacuzzi are not accessible as it is dirty. 2. The bed mattress were torn. 3. There were water leaks inside the room when we checked in 4. Bathroom light is grounded if we turn “on” the water heater 5. The comfort room has no air circulation 6. The cooking hob has no gas. 7. No toiletries provided. It was a last minute booking so we were not able to really review this property.

the staff is polite but the owner is rude”
the owner is rude to his staff and guest. the back of the main door and restroom door have many cobwebs. dont forget to get your Govt ID as the staff is might forget to return it.

TV didn’t work. Fridge door will not close. No toilet paper and soap. Portable burner didn’t work. Pool dirty. Staff was unreliable.

This was an epic FAIL.,The unit was not ready,ut was still dirty after they said it was clean at 3pm+. The pool was unfit to swim in very dirty. The tv did not work.and one if the beds where my partners children were going to sleep was broken and two rusty nails were protrudung

Nice room but bad service”
The room itself was very nice and much space but several things needs definitely to be improved even the price for the room seems reasonable: Every morning was no water available and we couldn’t take any shower. One morning also no electricity due to a general power cut. So no aircon and Fan which made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. No excuse and no refund were offered for that. Also no WiFi is there available which made it nearly impossible to check in when you have your invoice only in the phone. I mean there was a WiFi but the staff couldn’t provide any password. The old woman who take care of the facility is very nice and friendly but couldn’t help with any question etc. as she always said she couldn’t reach the owner. So I consider this as no service. There are many other things such as the cleanliness (I had the feeling the apartments are used also as a storage rooms) and the view on the pic is directly to the beach but the apartment is on the other side of the Main Street and hard to find. Only tricycle driver could help to find it. For all that reasons we check out one night earlier as planned and check in in a another nearby hotel. As summary: in general it’s very nice there but they definitely need to improve a bit with some small things in order that it’s possible to have a nice stay in Roxas City Capiz

Hi mario, thank you so.much for your detailed review.. as roxas city is undergoing maintenance on water utilities which affects almist all areas of the city, it would be difficult to predict which times the water service will be interrupted. This was explained to.your partner since she even tried to walk to a nearby hotel also to find out there was no water. With regards to the power outage, that too cannot be controlled as we are still a 3rd world country. We do have WIFI and the password is given to all our guests. I am not sure why you did not get one as i never got a call from you nor an email regarding any requesrs or complaints. By the way, our pucture fro. The valcony whuch is posted in agoda.com show clearly how far we are from the beach. Anyway, we do hope you can come back and see how things have been rectified. Thank you and god bless

We arrived early and we we’re accomodated. Our flight is late, so we requested to stay until 4pm. We asked how much and we were told that its free of charge. Its agoda home so we were able to cook, and it so much benefit. Just want to suggest to have a bidet innthe cr as it has no faucet.

Roomnwas very spacious, the electric fan also makes up for the air conditioner if its still a bit hot. Overall would recommend especially for travellers, easily accessible ,can look for it on google maps. Rooms also have kitchen utencils, with pots and pans. Sad we werent able to use the pool though, but still great place for a staycation!

Un emplacement agréable qui mériterait un meilleur entretien dommage mais tout de même nous y allons régulièrement. La personne à la réception adorable ont ne vois jamais les ou le propriétaire ? Une maintenance qui mériterait des efforts. Localisation correct pas loin de la mer

Beestjes in het bed en het bed stinkt. Verlichting toilet deed het niet. Geen toiletpapier. Ronduit vervallen en ranzige toestand. Oh ja en zwembad deed het ook niet
