The location was excellent and the place was very clean.
Definitely need better beds, those are way past their time of use. Especially the pullout couch. Also there was a beehive on the balcony and that can be deadly for people that are allergic…

the location
the fact that I spent 5.2k and the place was very run down. there were no spices, the back door frame was actually cracked and door was very flimsy. oven needs a good cleaning. Downstairs balcony was just an awful crap hole. 5.2k and they use 1 ply toilet paper. Rust on the dishwasher and upstairs master shower. Pan cabinet door is broken. master bedroom light doesn’t work. just a huge disappointment.

spacious, and close to all amenities.
i actually fell out off the patio and injured myself. their needs to be a sign letting people know that the steps are lower than normal.on arrival it took us over one and a half hours to get our keys to access the apartment. we were told we would receive an email instructing us what to do on arrival but that never happened.thank goodness we have relatives that live in the us , they called the office on a number of occasions and we’re not making any progress with them, don’t know why. when the office realised what was wrong they told us that we had to call round and pick up the keys. this was 16.40 and they said that the office shuts at 17.00.in a mad panic I raced to the office on the next block just making it and got my keys. this was not a great start to our vacation as our stress levels were tested to their limits.all I can say is that check in was very poor.would not recommend this company to anyone.

We got after 5 and had a hard time getting in to the room had to call the host to find the main offices separate from the the property we were tired 🥱 canceled Flights getting in Late we were Tired . 🥱
Give the Main Office Address where to pick up keys 🔑 we arrived Late Canceled Flight. So tired. Long Day flight from Seattle Washington.

Location was great!
Lower balcony steps were a bit awkward. Suggest more light fixtures in common living area. Amenities were not consistent with what was outlined. Difficult to have consistent Vacasa staff rep for communications regarding issues and associated resolution. Resolution was not efficiently handled. Its communicated resolution that was stated by Vacasa was not operationalized.

We fixed our own breakfast. No need to go out.
the floors could have been a little cleaner to walk on barefoot. there could have been strips or something put in the bathtub to prevent slipping.

The location was excellent. 2 baths were great. The king mattress was great.
The furniture was very uncomfortable. There was not a chair or couch in the place that was comfortable. We moved from chair to couch never finding anywhere that was comfortable to sit. Unfortunately. The queen bed in 2nd bedroom needs an updated mattress.

Fabulous location, clean with great facilities. Very comfortable bed.
Received a phone call a few hours after we left asking about missing items (bedding used on the sofa bed). These had been taken away before 11 (before check out) which housekeeping and management had no knowledge of. Haven’t been told that they have been found and we will not be charged. Would be nice to confirm everything is ok.
