Convenient and Affordable”
Pros: Near Barter, KCC mall, and the airport. The room is spacious, the ac unit works fine. The restroom/bathroom was ok. The staff is accommodating. My request to be in a room away from the hallway was also accomplished. Con: Some insects were seen in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker though. Some of the guests were loud that I could still hear them from my room.

It was our first time in the city and we were lucky to have reserved a room in this property. PROS - near the airport, shopping areas and points of interests - value for money - great and helpful staff - water pressure is high - spacious cabinets - lots of power outlet CONS - no cable - small bathroom - no fridge - breakfast not available if booked via Agoda - pillows are old and flat - daily wifi log in with new pw and everytime it detected

i stayed here for 4 nights and was very happy, the staff was great , I had bought food at the kcc supermarket, the staff found plates for me to use, the wifi was great compared to other hotels who don't care about wifi, only thing I not like was the stairs but I can live with that. I would stay there again.

Location is very convenient and almost at the center of the city. Walking distance to public transport and a walking distance to the barter market. there are banks and food store around the corner. Even a pizza store just a few steps from the pension house. Thee staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean. The place is safe even for solo female traveller. My only concern is....the hot and cold shower is not working. And the room is too dim. At least provide sidetsbke In general, I will recommend this place for you to stay when ever you are in zamboanga city.

Pension is good , clean , worth the price and near to all necessary places we need to go. But the front desk upon check in is not friendly and accommodating. She couldn’t hardly get what my siblings mean to say . Hoping the manager could call her attention . Thanks and God bless

no wifi inside our room and towel is not for 3persons ...The room is for 3 adults but they provide 2 towels only. We requested for another 1 towel but they did not gave us.

I like the location, it's 1 ride away from KCC Mall and just a walking distance from the Canelar Barter Trade if your into shopping of pasalubongs. The staffs are good, courteous and accommodating. The only thing I don't like with our room is that the aircon is kinda noisy and it's just beside the bed so it gives so much chills.

Price is reasonable and the location is okay. The room is clean but the floormat outside the comfort room is wet and obviously was not changed. I accidentally stepped on it thinking that it's new or at least dry but it wasn't and it's for the lack of better term, disgusting.

I stayed with my mom and grandmother. Made a mistake booking here cause I later realised that the stairs were too high and since my senior citizens have knee issues it was difficult for them to climb up and down the stairs. However for those who don't have any knee issues this place is ok :) Location is good cause jeepney and tricycle is readilu accessible. Just a fee meters away from the road. Jerry's grill is just downstairs and a few small carenderia walking distance. Also lots of restaurants just a few meters away. Actually 1 jeepney away. Cleanliness though needs to be improved. Pest control please cause there were lots of cockroaches in the room. On the table too. Scared of leaving open food containers on the table. The room is really spacious. Free drinking water at the common area. Thank you for accommodating us.

The hotel room wasn't that bad except for the bed linen was dingy from being used so many times. ”
You would think that management would invest in newer linen. I first noticed the dingy sheets and pillow cases and thought they were dirty but they were only old and dingy looking. I checked for bedbugs but found no signs of them thank God. The WiFi only works part time and the passwords and voucher codes are a pain in the neck. WiFi should be easier to access. The food from Gerry's Grill was fantastic especially the Grilled Squid.

Please have the place treated with pest control as there are a lot small roaches around. And please install a shower head on the shower pipe for convenient use. Thank you.
