From the moment we stepped in and met Nuttee we felt that this flat would become a wonderfull home for one week . Very , very well equipped , tastefully furnished , even more than perfect for a long stay . Fast Wifi . You really find everything you need ( and can enjoy a gratis bottle of water and two beer after a long journey ! ) Absolutely clean . Enough toiletpaper for one week . And we loved the towels , thick and fluffy . There is a towel dryer if necessary but we used the drying rack outside on our terrass which worked fine as it was sometimes sunny , sometimes windy . Those who like music will find a huge collection of different CD records , so nice ! Loved the big roof terrace ( there are three appartments in the Casa Charlotte , all can use it ) there you have sun loungers , a protected sitting corner , so even in the end of november it was warm and sunny enough to enjoy some coffee in the afternoon . And so much plants everythere , we really loved it . It’s like a real home , and Nuttee and Frans have created this space with so much love . So friendly and caring .Thank you once more for everything , especially for paying attention to my husband’s birthday . Some words about the location , it couldn’t be better , very quiet ( you feel like a resident ), only one minute to a bakery ( for the morning croissants or a cake in the afternoon whatever you like ) other ” mercados ” are not far away , only a few minutes , 5 minutes by foot to the nearest beach , no problem at all . 10 minutes to the ” Balkón de Europe ” . We didn’t have a car and everything worked fine . A short walk to the central busstation , where you can take the airport buss to Malaga Airport ( just now once a day) . It was a wonderfull experience to live in a appartment , much more better than in a hotel .Safe and calm . A place you want to return to !

The apartment has literally everything you could find in your own place. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen ever. Perfectly clean, well furnished, comfortable bed, equipped wardrobes - you have also a safe there, satellite tv, large sofa. We were in the ground floor apartment which has a small patio and a bathroom equipped for wheelchairs. The top building terrace can be used by the 3 apartments and is large and equipped with a table should you want to eat there. A small drugstore is within less than 1 minute walk distance while fresh bread is sold by a panaderia nexts door open until 10pm. Also, next door you can find a great restaurant, “el chispa “, popular with locals (average price dinner 20 euro when you eat a lot lot lot!). It is near everything, both the pedestrian centre, and the beach “playa Burriana “ is within a short distance. The best thing of “casa Charlotte “ is Nuttee, the owner. She is fantastic, always ready to help. Meeting her at arrival us a plus as she will give you a lot of useful info. Thank you Nuttee, you are fantastic !

Perfect location and easy access to local restaurants, Bakery and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Nuttee and Frans were very quick with any questions we had and addressed all our questions promptly. I travelled with my my two kids and the place was perfect to accommodate all our needs. Though there were few very highly rated restaurants nearby, its mainly a residential street and pretty quiet at night. Outdoor space was an added bonus and place is around 10 mins walk from Beach. Even some Break gear (Towels, umbrella etc) is provided as well. We will definitely be back again.

Fully equipped unit, has everything that could be needed. Nuttee responds to any questions and was helpful to tell us about local events we might want to take in. Very roomy apartment, easy access to roof top terrace. Laundry dried up there quickly. Bakery and grocery stores very close. Easy access to beaches. Even had a weigh scale, but who wants to weigh yourself when on vacation.

Bar next door noise, very busy, conversations seem to echo in the street.

It is clean & very well equipped & homely. The location is excellent near the best beach Buriana & a short walk to the Balcon Europa & the central hub for shopping, eating & drinking. The hosts Nuttee & Franz are always available to help & nothing is too much trouble.

Everything was fine, we booked the ground floor because my husband doesn’t like stairs but he managed to visit the roof terrace 3 floors up to sunbathe! I would consider the 2nd floor apartment in future as it has an outside terrace.

Great location next to some of our favourite tapas bars. We have been coming to Nerja for many years and this is the first time we have been able to book here as it’s so popular. Everything you could possibly want is in this apartment. We were on the ground floor so didn’t have a balcony but there is a roof terrace. Nuttee is only a WhatsApp message away if you’ve any questions. We will definitely be back.

Location is great, the apartment super well equipped. Loads of space and very clean.

The apartment on the ground floor is quite noisy from the restaurant next door and the garbage at 4:30 in the morning.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, you can find anything you may need. It's close to the bus stations, to several different beaches and also to Balcon de Europa. The bar/restaurant (Dolores El Chispa) next to the apartment is one of the best places to get fresh seafood. Nuttee is a great and very helpful host.

We rented all three apartments for a family get together, and it worked perfectly. The best apartment is the one on the third floor, with access to a large terrace. We did most of our cooking and dining there. There is also a roof level shared among the three apartment with a barbecue. We used it once but it not very practical to get to. All three apartments are stocked very well, including cooking appliances and beach stuff. Nuttee was a great host and fun to interact with.

Some of the supplies (most notably the beach umbrellas) are pretty old and rusty, and could be updated.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our own food if we wanted a break from eating out. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in, and closet space was huge. We found it very useful having a dishwasher and a washing machine. The shutters blocked out all light and sound so we always had a sound sleep. Nuttee was always available, should we need any help or have questions, as well as giving us a great tour along with restaurant suggestions. I can't wait to come back again!

There is a lovely terrace , well equipped. Hosts Frans and Nuttee are very helpful. The location is great. And right next door is Bar Dolores El chispa - probably the best place to eat in Nerja.

The hosts, Nuttee and Frans were fabulous and cared for our every need including organising very efficient taxi service to and from the Airport. The apartment is full equipped and very comfortable. Big bathroom with nice powerful shower. The roof top terrace was a great place to sit in the evening sun with a glass of wine. The location was very convenient for a short walk to the beaches ( beach towels provided in the apartment as well as a parasol )plus several local restaurants and shops. The main centre of Nerja was only five minutes walk. Also only a short walk to the bus station

The only downside, and not the fault of the property, is that being very close to a bar/restaurant in a narrow street it sometimes got a bit noisy during the evening. Not really a problem for most as the bar usually closed before bedtime.
