The cleanliness of a Japanese hostel with Filipino hospitality and bang for your buck ”
It's as clean as a Japanese hostel right in the center of Laoag City where you can find everything you need. It has clean, modern common toilets and shower rooms and offers simple but tasty breakfast buffet--omelette, rice, Ilocano sausages, bangus belly, tocino, fruits and brewed coffee all day. They allowed us free early check up since we arrived 7 am from the sleeper bus. The frontliners Rochelle and Crissa were always on their toes to serve us even if we are used to cleaning up our own tables. They also arranged a tour of Ilocos Norte for PHP 600. Don't forget to buy and take home their Ilocano sausages. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back with the kids.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean facilities, pretty good location. If I have to complain about something, it would probably be that loud AC unit which also allows street noises to go through - however I usually sleep with earplugs on so this didn't bother me much.

This place is exceptional. Very friendly owner, very courteous and accommodating staff, clean room, shared bathroom but is very neat and modern. Location is excellent too as it is near to everywhere, a step away to Mcdo, Mang inasal and near market where you can buy pasalubong. Another highlight, is their delicious breakfast (i was able to taste their very own pesto longganisa 😍, very yummy!), all day brewed coffee, plus they’re selling theyre own made longganisa with variety of flavors. Will definitely go back here again when I visit Laoag. Thank you for a great stay!

A variety of good things found at Casa de Renzo”
Our visit to Laoag was made better by a stay at Casa de Renzo. We found a variety of good things there. Booking was easy with agoda and contact with the staff there was quick and easy using both facebook and telephone / text. We confirmed they still accept pets -- they do. The room was a satisfactory size and had a firm bed and good aircon. The location was excellent. The breakfast is excellent too! The bathrooms (not in-room, shared, but plenty of room) were clean and modern. A sign says eating in the room is not recommend. About pets: we ended up not bringing our doggie to Casa de Renza. It would have been okay, but the property is located downtown and there is not a decent patch of grass nearby, so going out for a dog walk in the middle of the night was avoided.

Staff was accommodating and courteous. We were just quite disappointed witt the cost. We were allowed for an early check in since the hotel didn’t t have that much guest that time but upon check out we’re charged With early check-i. Fee. I booked for 5 adults and we were directed to avail of 2 rooms and payment for additional head was not specified. Yet upon check out we were charged again with additional fee. They also charge breakfast for kids age 9-12 and for guest who check in regardless if they eat breakfast or not. We ended up paying almost double the amount stated in my online booking. Another thing is the common CR that services the 7 rooms on the same floor. Lucky is because there not nuch guests, it may not be a comfortable stay during peak season. The facilities are clean though.

赞美下佬沃的这家旅馆——casa de renzo，西班牙语的名字，新建不久的旅馆，在闹市中心。旅馆有复古的木质地板，房间很宽敞干净，冷气很足，还有浴袍可以用。厕所和淋浴公用，但是位置很多，也很干净，热水足够水热。早上还免费供应早餐，会给你制作幸福的欧姆蛋，前台工作人员服务态度非常好，帮你叫车帮你解决各种问题，晚上门口永远都有人站着守卫，让你感觉非常安全。这两天只有我一个人入住，这么好的服务却人很少，真的很不科学，一晚也就200左右，大家来佬沃玩，可以优先选择他们。
