While the building and the rooms are a little dated and tired, they are large, functional and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and contrary to prevoius comments, we found they all spoke enough English and made a concerted effort to communicate. I would highly reccomend this location to families, and anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious apartment in a prime tourist location.

Unit was quite big, although only one A/C in bedroom, which was not as strong, but we didn't mind as we enjoyed the tropical climate for couple days.

Very large airy apt but old and initially the smell was obvious. No housekeeping or change of towels all week. Towels and bedding clean but very grey. At least there was a machine to wash them my self. No cleaning no materials and only 1 toilet roll. The positive is it's central position near the bus stop. Beware...a high rise is currently being built in front.

Great location and everything worked in apartment”
Located in between Anse Vata and Bay de Citron it was easy to get to all the restaurants, aquarium and a 20 minute walk to the Casino Supermarket. Our family unit overlooked Anse Vata from one patio and over Bay de Citron from the bedroom patio. The unit was spartan in furnishing but all things worked and it was great to cook something we wanted. Snorkeling straight across the road in Bay de Citron was amazing, I did not think it would be so good. Was excellent value compared to Ramada. Ross

Disappointing ”
We had a pleasant stay at Casa del Sole, however there were many disappointing aspects, mainly relating to a lack of facilities. Do not expect modern conveniences such as hand towels, face washers, water glasses or to have someone empty your bin. The styling of the apartment would be considered 'minimalist' at best. The entire hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Having said that, the apartment was of a decent size, was comfortable enough but had an amazing view. The location was great. Close to restaurants, beaches and bars. The staff (what we saw of them) were friendly.

good but I wish cleaner would clean/wipe bathroom basin/bench properly and toilet floors should be mopped and disenfected upon each guest departure I found stains on bathroom floor and the bathroom area did not feel or smelt clean on my arrival .

28 000 et des poussière pour le prix de la chambre c'étais bof ! La clim qui fonctionne une fois sur deux...les prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, les transats sur le balcon couvert de poudre blanche ! Et au moment de rendre la clé aucun bonjour iu aucune question sur le séjour de la part du réceptionniste un mélanésien! Pas top pour la qualité d'acceuil, à ce tarif là je trouve mieux ailleurs. Très bon emplacement, confortable, bien équipé, magnifique vue . Mais aucune touche d’attention, type une bouteille d’eau ou café thé sel poivre. Pas de documentation pour le tourisme (carte, dépliant, information). Internet payant.

L'Hôtel Casa des Sole NOUMEA”
Les appartements sont très spacieux, mais le mobilier ainsi que la vaisselle sont à rafraîchir. L'hôtel est bien situé sur la baie des citrons, mais il donne sur des restaurants et subit les nuisances des extracteurs d'air (bruit et odeur). L'hôtel est sécurisé (barrière à l'entrée du parking avec interphone). Le personnel est agréable.

利用させていただきましたが、 とにかく広い部屋で最低限の生活をするには十分だと思います。お風呂場あたりは少し残念で期待しないのが一番です。 私が今回泊まった部屋に限りかもしれませんがバルコニーが広くて高層の分、全面オーシャンビューでシトロン湾からアンスバタビーチまで全部見ることができました。 立地がとにかく最高でレストランやスーパーは徒歩圏内でビーチ沿いものんびり歩けます！

あちこちボロボロ”
ロケーションとコンドミニアムが気に入って年に一度滞在するようになって4年。今年は妹家族と滞在しましたが、スクリーンカーテン、コンセント、キッチンキャビネット扉などあちこちが壊れていて失望しました。アゴダのキャンペーン価格で安い料金の時期を選びましたが金曜日と土曜日の料金は倍のチャージ。私は英語は問題ないのですが英語を話すスタッフの英語が少し失礼な物言いなので気分が悪かったです。再訪はあるかもしれませんがおススメではないですね。
