Casa Diaz is a good accomodation with very good cost-benefit to stay in Cagliari. The room is very clean and has everything you need., the bed is confortable and we had a good time in Cagliari. 1. Very nice host and facilities - free coffee and water, fridge, good wi-fi, quite clean 2. Free parking around - Pay attention : in the evening, when you try to park in this free public parking, there are Afrikaans who asks for 2 Eur or more parking. Otherwise, you can have surprises. We parked around outside that parking - for free. 3. Location - pretty close to city center - 1,5 km walk
Street location, old windows no fonic isolation - unfortunately, vey, very noisy Saturday night - many cars, motos who accelerates, people who talking under the window - there is a big intersection and a boulevard close to the room.

The communication with Andrea was smooth and he was very kind to accept our late arrival. The room was equipped with everything we could need and it was easy to see that the guests' comfort has been thought of in detail. There is a free and huge parking area very close by. We would definitely stay there again.

15 minutes walk from centre and port. PF and PQ buses 1 minute walk that connects you with poetto beach, train station for airport and city centre. Very kind host that will help you with any doubt or problem.

The location is great, close to the sea, close to city center; It takes only ten minutes to Poetto beach by bus, the bus stop is right in front of the door. The room is very tidy and clean, the bath and bed are extremely comfortable. Andrea is such a kind and warm host; he helped us with any issues we had, from detailed local activity & food recommendation, to driving my friend to pharmacy and hospital in the late evening~we really appreciate to have him as our host❤️❤️

Practice, reasonable price, great location”

Location is very nice, it’s not so far from the city itself and not that noisy. It’s about just a kilometer away from nice spots. You can take a bus or walk around. Air conditioner helped us during the heat. Nice suggestions and great welcome from Andreas. We are allowed to leave our bags after checkout and free to pick them up anytime.
Well, it would be good to have toilet in our room too. Even tho the toilet is outside the room, at least it is just for us. 😉

Great place, close to center. Charming host Andrea was there to orient us and gave great Information on places to visit and a useful map. Andrea is super friendly and helpful. Super clean, Great air conditioning, a private bathroom. Very clean, fresh drinking water daily and coffe maker 🙂
