Quiet, restfull, friendly place”

We were going to stay for one night, arriving at the airport in the middle of the day. I have corresponded with reception prior to our arrival. The hotel van awaited us as we exited the airport. Michelle the receptionist and Joseph the driver welcomed us. The hotel is a 30 minutte ride from the Iloilo international airport. The Casa La Granja is in La Paz. On our way, our host gave us a quick orientation about the city, telling us about their hotel and the sights we could visit.Upon arriving at the hotel, we were escorted to our room, and served welcome drinks. As there was a deizzle the driver was made available for us. Our room was spacious, the beds were good, water flow abundant. The low season was perfect as we had the place to ourselves. Coffee and snacks were available at all times and we could ask the driver to take us to places we needed to be. The following day we were served a simple breakfast at the time we preferred. We were allowed to check out just half an hour before we needed to be back at airport. That meant we had ample time to take a trip to the beach for lunch, get back to the hotel in the afternoon, take a refreshing swim in their small pool, have coffee and leave by 7 pm. The driver took us to the airport and sent us off. We paid 1000 Philippine pesos for the van per day.Our stay was easy, pleasant and relaxing.The Casa La Granja has twelve rooms with different interiors reminding one of greek, moorish, jewish, spanish settings. It´s perfect for wedding receptions and honeymooners. Though the villa is located in s residential, it is close enough to the center of town and the beach. The staff is very accomodating and genuinely friendly. I recommend the place for a visit when in Iloilo.

Rustic Hotel in a Romantic Setting”

If you want a private hotel, quiet, romantic, Middle Eastern or Mediterranean setting, then Casa La Granja is a place to stay in Iloilo City. Ted's and Deco's batchoy original restaurants are walking distance. Easily accessible to and from the airport, ferry stations to Bacolod and rented vans for Boracay. Even the city center is a walking distance of 1.5 kilometres.

It was great! The owner gave us a free room upgrade to presidential suite. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were big, soft and comfy bed, nice garden, good breakfast. We were also invited to join their fiesta in la Paz and gave us free lunch. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

This place is like an ancestral house turned into a hotel with 12 rooms to accomodate the guests. We were amazed by the view from our room which is the Casa Blanca suite. The pool is also nice although we didn't have the time to go swimming. The only downside is that in the morning when people are chatting in the dining area, we can hear it in our room though it didn't really bother us but might bother other guests.

All the staff are very hospitable. The owners were there during our stay and they are very hospitable as well. We stayed at Florence room, we are four in the group but the room can accommodate up to 6 people although it is not allowed since the additional 2 needs to pay for additional bed. Unfortunately our activities during our stay is whole day so we haven't had the opportunity to relax in the room and in the place for a long time but the overall vibe and experience of the place is excellent.

My friend and I enjoyed our 1 night stay in this hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would book this hotel if I plan to go back to Iloilo with friends or family.

Great and quiet place to stay..”

It's was a great and relaxing place. It is located away from busy city but still not that far to get around the city. The breakfast is great.It would have been nice if they have maintained the pool, as we wanted to go for a swim. We went back to the place for the second time as I had booked it prior to my trip, unfortunately the pool was still not ready. The bathroom is very clean and spacious , I just hope if they can improve the flow of the water as it is so slow. The staff are very friendly and attentive to us! I can still recommend this place to my friends and hoping they amend the above conditions .

It was very terrible hotel...I've ever been.... When I ordered some food at 6pm after trip in iloilo, they asked me to go out to eat sth... because their chef moved to another their branch a while ago....so they were not able to serve any food... I couldn't understand the situation...the hotel location also little bit far from downtown... How could I buy food... If I go ILOILO again...I must stay another hotel....

I had a great stay, The staffs were very attentive, breakfast was good. Jus a few things needed to alter, the aircon is under powered and the shower was not strong enough. Otherwise the place is very comfortable and very clean. I am happy to come back, hopefully they can alter the above problems.

They have good and overflowing food! We were very busy during our stay and cannot make it during breakfast time. So we arranged with the staff to have it some other time, and they agreed. They are very accomodating. One of the best customer service you can find. Place is very clean. Staff are very welcoming and works the extra mile. Thank you so much, Casa La Granja!
