Money is priority forget the safety of the guest!!”

On all the hotels from my last vacation in the PH last Oct.2019 this is the worst hotel! No help from staff to bring your things to your room, Reception was left unattended, It looks unfinished construction building & worst room door couldn't be lock and since the reception was being left unattended you don't have anyone to ask for assistance and even I decided to just check-out from that moment you can't because no one is at the reception.. So I was awake all night worrying for my safety and another note the hotel location is on a very dark place and I was booked from Oct 18,2019 to Oct 21,2019!! So the 1st thing I did the next morning I decided to talk to the reception for the check-out and to ask for refund they said I have to talk through agoda since the booking was made here and now on the email they're insisting that because of their policies they will not refund my payment.. So if you want to waste your money & risk your safety go to this hotel!! So disappointed!!
