LOVELY SERENE PLACE”
WE LOVE THE PLACE BECAUSE OF ITS QUIET AND SERENE LOCATION WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS AND LOTS OF PINE TREES. THEY HAVE A VERANDA WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY THE VIEW. YOU CAN COOK AS THEY HAVE COMPLETE UTENSILS. THE PLACE IS HUGE FOR 5 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS. THE BEDDINGS ARE CLEAN AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. THERE ARE SARI SARI STORES JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. THE PLACE IS NEAR BAGUIO COUNTRY CLUB WHERE THE CHISTMAS VILLAGE IS AND ALSO CLOSE TO MINES VIEW THEY'RE NOT WALKING DISTANCE BUT EASY TO GET A CAB. WE ALSO APPRECIATE HOW THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

A few meters away from Mines View Park and Good Shepherd store. The apartment is good family and group of friends. 3 bedrooms, dining/living room and kitchen is spacious. There's a parking lot for the guest.

Big but quiet place”
the unit is a bit far from the city but near the tourist spots like mines view, mansion, john hay, wright park and bcc. the place is big for a family with 3 bedrooma, spacious living and dining room. with kitchen and kitchenwares and utensils. each bedroom has its own bathroom. it could have been better if they have wifi, curtains and the fireplace is working to help on the cold weather.

Very clean, very spacious (each bedroom has its own bathroom!), and it has basic cooking appliances (microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle, and electric stove). On the other hand, water pressure in the bathrooms could be improved. Installing curtains in the rooms for privacy will be greatly appreciated by future guests.

The place has space and it is royally clean. Ideal for more than a handful of people. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Staff are friendly. Check in was a breeze. If you want quiet and away from the bustle of the city, this is for you. The place needs connectivity though so if you plan on being connected at some pt, bring your own device. You also need a vehicle to conveniently access the place. Having said this, jeepneys and trikes ply the main road so commuting is perhaps an option; it would probably just take a while. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Spacious, very clean and peaceful”
If you’re travelling with kids, this is really recommended. The location is just few kilometers away from the busy and crowded city proper, hence, you can expect quiteness and relaxation for your family. There is no TV or wifi, but I think this is the way of telling us to enjoy the nature and cherish your family bonding. The apartment is very spacious and offers a nice scenery of the mountain, especially during sunrise. One suggestion though, wish the owner put up some curtains for the bedroom (the one facing the street) for privacy.

If you like solitude quietness book this house. Bathroom and beds are clean. The place is so nice. The veranda is overlooking mountain. Just need to set up wifi soon and televisions, this will complete your urge to go out in the city. But totality I enjoyed my stay and able to relax.

We love the place!!! -their staff / caretaker were very accomodating, friendly and kind - their 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean good for large family - with nice and quiet ambiance at the veranda that will make you feel very relax

We will definitely book again and kuya the care taker very accommodating to our request the only thing I would say need to improve the water is low and shower at masters bedroom and flash is not working all the rest is superb.

Entertainment appliance like speakers, TV were not present. Curtains aren't installed yet and its a must but other facilities like cookware, dinnerware bedsheets and all were all perfect. The place is super nice as well.
