The View, Staff and Owner”
The view from the panoramic room is the main reason I booked a room in this hotel. And it didn’t disappoint my mornings and sunset view everyday. And if you didn’t get a panoramic room then you can head to the rooftop and enjoy the same view I had in my room. The pool is an added attraction but the staffs are the best I like in Casa Montemar in Coron. They are very helpful and they attend to your every needs. You can book your tour with them and they treat you very special. Special mention to Rosette, Shiella and ofcourse Richard whose keeping me safe every night. And to the owner Sir Jim thank you for your free breakfasts for 2 days and for buying me Lamayo or marinated fish that are specialties in Coron and my family enjoyed the unique taste in every crunchy bite. Overall I enjoyed my stay in Casa Montemar and I will look forward to stay here again when I’m back in Coron.

Worth to stay”
Stayed here for 5d 4n the location is great, walking distance to town and accesible to all necessary places. the view in roofdeck is priceless specially in the morning while having cup of coffee with a breathtaking view and sunset view in the afternoon. The owner and staff were also accomodating in all your needs. Breakfast danggit is super reco. We got the panoramic view room in very good price, its spacious and comfortable. Casa Montemar is highly recomended. 💯

Convenient Location, Very Neat, Hospitable Staff!”
We stayed here for 3 out of our 6 nights in Coron and it was a great choice! A few minute walk from Town proper and it was accessible to all of the major restaurants and very near Mt Tapyas!❣ We jogged from the b&b to the top of the mountain for sunset and sunrise and it was amazing😌 +Perfect Location +Amaaaazing Staff!!! +Beautiful sunsets at the rooftop! +Very clean 👌 +Breakfast was a big plus albeit simple -The aircon can get very noisy so we had trouble sleeping with it turned on - good thing there was a fan for alternative so it did the job! 😉 **There was a swimming pool but since there's a pandemic and very few guests, it is understandable that it isn't maintained. 👌 **Would have loved brewed coffee instead of instant but that's just us, hot water is provided anyway so just bring your own brewed coffee.😘 Praying that more guests stay in your humble b&b! Thanks for the warm welcome💙

The staff especially Richard was very accomodating. They will give you suggestions and would even go out of their way to contact agencies or hail trikes for you. Rooms were clean and A/C waa functional. Even the free breakfast they served daily was really good.

Charming little nook at the upper levels of Coron”
We are a couple traveling to Coron Palawan for the first time. I can say for certainty that I made the right choice booking this hotel. For 6 days, we were able to enjoy our rest after our trips around the different islands and tourist spots as the rooms are kept cool and clean, and the surrounding area is always quiet. This is the perfect spot for introverts visiting Coron for the first time. While it is a bit distant from the city center, there is a lot of transportation options, and tour packages always include van pick up wherever you may be, so this should not pose an issue. There is also a pool and a FANTASTIC rooftop here, which makes for amazing sunsets and evenings.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Airconditioned rooms plus they also have electric fan so if you open both its gonna be a really cold night. AC is good its working. Were not able to use the pool because its under maintenance. The rooftop breakfast is super nice to start the day because you have the view of coron! The staffs are nice they are very welcoming esp Ate Shiela she guided us during our stay she even recommends islands to visit that are not yet well known. Thank you for your service, kudos to your team!

Staff are very friendly and accomodating and kind. Location is good near in market one tricycle away or sometimes we walk to the market even late at night and all are safe. Their breakfast was so good with view in the rooftop. Thank you til next time!

Coron Budget Hotel”
Pros: Staff are very friendly, hotel provides necessities like extra pillows and hangers. Beach towels can be rented. Breakfast inclusion is great. Room airconditioning is also good. Cons: Water pressure may fluctuate at night but heater is working.

Great hotel with a nice view”
We stayed at the Casa Montemar for three nights. The room was perfect for three, with climatisation and really comfortable beds. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We can rent scooter there and they have great recommandation to where to go. We will go there again if we go in coron again !

Great Hotel - Awesome few days! Would Recommend”
The hotel was clean, had good air con, a nice swimming pool and a great rooftop area for breakfast. The hotel was only a short walk to the main strip of restaurants and bars and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower wasn't all that great but haven't come across any that are in the Philippines yet.

This hotel is in the middle of everything without having to be in the middle of the town proper. If you want cozy hotel feels without the hustle and bustle, stay here. You can walk from here to anywhere or grab a trike. Staffs are friendly too!

Breakfast are delicious. Aircon is 24/7, so when you came from the outside, it's already cold in your room. Signal reception is good too, I was able to work while travelling. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, they also partnered with different locals so if you want to avail a tour then you're good to go. The place is quiet and I love it! You could walk to the town for about 10 mins it's very near. I love that it's quiet because that's what I was looking for. Pool is not clean but I didn't have to use it so it's fine, maybe just remove the water to not invite mosquitos. Water pressure is low and room's floor is a bit sandy. There was also one morning when I ordered Tocino for breakfast but received hotdogs instead. It's fine but I hoped I was informed. Definitely a bang for your buck! If I go back to Coron later, I would still consider this place to stay.

BUDGET ACCOMODATION”
Pros: - VERY CHEAP accomodation with na compared to others we saw on Agoda - They serve nice plated breakfast. Perfect before going to island tours - Their staffs are nice and accomodating - Walking distance to center of the town where stores, banks, restos are Cons: - Wifi can’t reach 2nd floor Room 12 - Room Doorknob is broken as well - Their neighbor is doing some construction, gets loud sometimes Overall. There are things to improve but it was an okay experience, as i mentioned it is a very cheap budget accomodation so don’t expect too much. Thank you Casa Montemar! 😊
