The room was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable we loved how the sand is raped everyday. We loved the use of bikes and kayaks. The facilities are very quiet and almost forces you to relax.
The property between the 2 buildings is lacking. The fountain isn't working and it just seems like they can do so much more with that space. It's very quiet but too quiet. They should put a little bit of music by the pool and also some landscaping speakers and have some music or at least even some Zen Sounds. The breakfast was OK but they could kick it up a notch for $600 a night. Our jetted Jacuzzi tub did not work. The jets were not working so that was a letdown. Also they should have life jackets for the kayaks and paddleboards. On a final note, there is really no privacy. They Should add some privacy panels for the balconies and patios.

Place to Relax and chill”

The place is beautiful (you should definitely stay in a room with ocean view). The staff was great! They gave us a room upgrade because it was our honeymoon, so we got a room with a huge bathtub and perfect location. The breakfast is served in the room and you can choose the best time to have it. The place is perfect for those who wants to relax.
The breakfast was good, but could have a few more options (like scramble eggs for exemple). They only serve sake drinks at the pool and soft licor bevarages and they don't let you bring your licor. The rest was great!

Great short term escape within easy dirve of Miami”

The location is superb and direct access to the bay is what makes the property special. In addition there is easy access to several excellent restaurants. Staff is very attentive to needs. Great place to unwind and chill out.
Breakfast is included but ordered from a local cafe and nothing special. This would be an easy fix if a typical B&B menu was created with quality baked goods and a few classic breakfast dishes. Rooms and outdoor furnishings are in real need of updating.

Whilst the place is very charming it needs some serous update in furnishings fir $400 a night !”

Staff super friendly and helpful , no kids great ! And very quite and tranquil I would definitely stay there again
Should have explained no daily room service due to pandemic ...at check in, so waited all day and thought they had forgotten my room , yes it was on a piece of paper in the room but I didn’t see that .

Very clean, very beautiful grounds.
They won’t allow ANY music and they don’t play their own. So overall the property is very very quite. Too quite for my taste. Also, they say they offer breakfast but both days were totally different and neither of them included everything I requested (which was not excessive as their menu is very small).

Gosh where do I start?! Sarah!!!! Thank you so so much for everything! And I totally forgot the other lovely receptionist who was there next morning for check out but she was equally amazing. We got there a right when the sun was starting its descent in the west and Sarah was just amazing, from offering is paddle boards and kayaks, to letting us select what we would like for breakfast brought to our room in the a.m..... like wow! The place is just so amazing, the sound of nature all around you. We had the hideaway suite with outdoor shower ❤️ how sexy is that?! Then you walk to their splash island, I named it that lol and the pool, boats, views, hammocks, and a few more little extras to wow you. This is a place for those who like to relax and not worry too much about gadgets. And to the side of the bed i discovered a tiny library of books. I totally fell in love 😍. I have more to say, but I'll let you take a look for yourself and immerse yourself in pure relaxation in paradise!
Only that there was no restaurant on site. But not a real dislike, super MINOR inconvenience. Perhaps some new fridges with working freezer is my biggest suggestion 😉

It was a perfect quite, friendly retreat. Bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards got me out doing physical activity ideal for this charming key.
Though very very nice seems to be aging a little. Replace red cushion covers and repair pool lounges coming apart, all could be a quick fix. My honesty is only because it was almost pretty perfect and wish continue success in this charming place.

Our original room was a garden room & not as expected! Staff were very proactive & got us into Shangra la on gulf front ! Brilliant
Thought that a little music in the gulf side bar would be nice! Also some of the seating was stained ! The chaise lounges need cushion pads as they are uncomfortable
