No offense, but the room that was given to us was dusty. The bathroom was the worst. My allergic rhinitis was triggered because everything inside the room was dusty and full of cobwebs. The room was just a place for leaving our things and extra baggage, like a courtesy booth.

I travel a lot in Asia and I am used to book cheap guesthouses or dorms. For me Casanova garden is really overpriced. The room was so old and in bad conditions (we found worms in the bathroom). I was surprised because this establishment is recommended by the lonely planet but I can only recommend you to avoid it.

Even Locals Think It's Awful”
I booked two rooms for my wife's family at short notice. Hardly anything available near the beach or really expensive. They say you get what you pay for, but in this case I don't think this place should even be allowed to list on a hotel site for overseas visitors. This place is terrible. The pool has flaking paint in the murky water. I rented two rooms. The rooms are groups of two bamboo huts. Both rooms are dark, dirty and full of mosquitoes. Dengue fever is carried by mosquitoes around here and you can die from Dengue. One bed had sand on it and in it. It wasn't clean or the sheets changed. There are no towels for the ancient bathrooms. The reception and dining area is dingy and dark. The place is located in an isolated area with lots of locals around. My wife saw lots of local men behind the place and was concerned about night time safety. If you are not a local I suggest you go somewhere else. This place is awful. Good reviews here are not right. Its crap.

Very cheap and nasty”
very basic backpackers resort and not worth half what we paid . Dark , filthy , and the bathroom was in need of major repair . If I had seen it first I would never have booked it . The only plus was that the A/C did work , power cuts allowing .

basic huts with aircon”
has no restaurant and limited bar. personell is nice but scarse, very low budget hotel. has pool but not in so good condition, because there is no regular pool boy to clean it up and measure the water purity. there are beach near but quite hard to reach so have to go to village rather with 3cycle moped. there are some restaurants near with decent western type of food, so some eating can be done. this is good for low budget but have to like simple conditions.

die vermutlich schlechteste unferkunft in 4 jahren asien-reisen! pool verschumtzt, zimmer mit heruntergekommen und mit ungeziefer, restaurant schon geschlossen, personal kaum vorhanden, "resort" weit abgelegen.

Heel Slecht ressort ”
Slecht onderhouden kamers. De eigenaar repareert niets meer volgens het personeel. Als het regent dan regen het ook in de kamer. Er was maar 1 licht punt in de kamer. Het zwembad is vuil wordt niet schoon gemaakt, insecten drijven in het water. Restaurant is gesloten, geen ontbijt. In de 8 dagen is mijn kamer niet schoon gemaakt en moest ik vragen om schone handdoeken.

环境好，设施一般”
看上去是一家经营历史比较久的旅馆了，地理位置有点偏了，旅馆设施都有，只是都有点旧。 泳池去的时候在放水进去，但是感觉整个池子没有打扫干净，所以都没有敢下水。 有桌球可以玩，也算有消遣。 WIFI热点放在前台，所以只有在餐厅范围内才能WIFI上网，在屋子里就没有信号了，这点挺麻烦的。

Ofantligt sunkigt!”
Fin trädgård och poolen såg fin ut. Bungalowen vi fick luktade mögel och var väldigt sunkig. Taket var inplastat och det såg ut att bo en hel del djur ovanför plasten. Köket var väldigt smutsigt. Man får vad man betalar för så för en backpacker med liten reskassa kan detta vara ett alternativ. Det var ca 5 min gångväg till Alona beach.
