Pros- near everything hospital, fastfood, transportation, convenience store and even a laundrymat. Cons- recommended to have an renovation. The rooms are outdated. As well as their airconditioning. It needs to be energy efficient. It doesnt have a thermocontrol. They offer short time time stay so i am not sure that the linens and towels are changed when the room was left by the short time customers.

I booked 3 standard rooms for my staff who are travelling on a project. The pictures online looked decent that is why we decided to book standard rooms for them. When they got there, they realized that the standard rooms are used as motel rooms for short-term stay (i.e. 3 hours). Since they are not comfortable in staying in these kind of rooms, they asked if they can just upgrade to a suite and will just pay for the difference. The staff said there is nothing they can do since it is an Agoda booking. They were very disappointed and ended up not checking-in to the hotel. We already paid for the rooms but they were not able to use it as it was not represented properly in Agoda.

This is not a hotel! It is a sketchy MOTEL ”
Don't be deceived by the pictures we needed a place to pass the night as my husband was very tired from the long drive and the traffic is terrible. To be safe we decided to look for a decent place to stay for the night. The pictures for this place look good, we are not familiar with the location so we are caught off guard when we arrived at this place. The building is located at a very dark alley. It looks abandoned and worn down. The rooms are not secure as they are open. The building is through and through with the hallway of the rooms expose to a very sketchy road. This is place is a motel for short time whatevers. We had paid for this place but did not check in so we look for another place. This place is sketchy and will not risk to go here at night.

Casa Oliva - a humble motel that's 5-star quality”
I would like to say that while Casa Oliva is a 2-star motel-ish facility, its friendly and helpful staff go beyond the expectations. The suites room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff members, from the guard to the bell men and cashier were all polite, courteous, and ready to help you when they can. If I were to stay in Guiguinto once more, I will definitely choose Casa Oliva without batting an eyelash. Good hotel location for its price! 10/10 for me.

Pleasantly Surprised”
Great location for me as it is only 10 minutes away from my asawa family home. Room provides an excellent complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. Garage with a tiny patio nothing major but its there. Surrounding area has all the typical attractions from KFC, Jollibee, Puregold for groceries, Shell gas station, a host of bakeries, pharmacy. The area is bustling with traffic just about all day however Casa Oliva is a few blocks from all of this so you dont hear the noise. The staff was great. Spoke english which I definitely welcomed. Plenty of security and I think if you ask politely they’ll try to accommodate. I will be back.

if you need a place/hotel in malolos, we recommend this place. great staff, nice rates, fast wifi, good rooms, check in anytime and check out 24 hours after that, good breakfast... we were very happy to stay for for 2 nights while in the province :)

Place has a close proximity to all points within the area of Tabang, San Francisco, Guiguinto and Malolos. Staff were very friendly and solicitous and security was good. Room was clean and very spacious as I had a suite. Overall, it was a great stay and experience.

Nice Place to Stay in Santa Rita Bulacan”
Casa Olivia is a decent place to stay in Santa Rita. The rooms are in good shape and reasonably quiet. Located just off the NLEX with easy access from Tabang Spur. There is a 24 hour guard, off street parking with hot and cold water in the CR. It's clean and secure. There are no views from the rooms that I have been able to tell in my three stays, so that is a little sad, but there is an outside section on some of the rooms where you can sit (And stare at the wall of the next building over. For the price and ease of access it's a good value.

Nice room, a few plumbing issues”
I only want to review so that a basically good hotel could be even better. The upstairs/downstairs layout is really nice. And the staff very accommodating. The first room we were in the upstairs shower leaked through the tile all over the bathroom floor, and the heater didn't work in the downstairs shower. No problem, they kindly moved us to another suite. In the upstairs shower we found the handle missing, it was laying in the bedroom. How these details could be missed by housekeeping is a mystery? With a little more attention to detail this hotel would rate really well because the condition and size of the room otherwise was great. Morning breakfast was fine and the staff always helpful. Don't let my review discourage you from selecting Casa Olivia because I think they will correct these issues which will make the hotel a great choice.

Great Value - Clean Simple Accommodation.”
Simple accommodation with good parking. Spotlessly clean throughout. Good air conditioning. Bedding changed every day, with wonderful staff..... Nice breakfast served to your room. A bit confused by the advertising outside renting rooms for 3 hours..!!! (The hotel was quiet safe and respectable) Armed security guard and 24 hour room service.
