Incorrect listing”
There were no towels or toilet paper. Door did not lock from outside. Could not secure personal belongings in the room. Walls are paper thin, could hear people next door talking and sneezing. Did not stay. Left after 10 minutes.

Cell prison with no space to chill”
Pros: Close to Condado and cheap. Con: The staff is too young and unpolite, they love gossiping everywhere. They run the hostel as a teenager residence... too much noise in the evenings, don’t respect night times, the cleaning is not enough and they treat you as you are 15 years old even being 10 years oder than them. The room es insane, too small for 10 beds, just 2 small windows, as it is on the top floor the temperature in the room is horrible... the feeling is you are sleeping a cell prison... also the AC of course, doesn’t work...

You can find a better place but ok for a couple of nights”
Like: The staff team is really nice. They have good chemistry. I liked that they provide free things to do everyday. One trip during the day and one place to go out at night. I recommend those. The bus stop for the city center is also 1min away and it cost a dollar to get there. Its quite fast too so location is not an issue. The hostel is also within walking distance from the main party area La Placita. The kitchen has all the essentials for basic travel cooking and provides a common area to hang out. Dislike Its overpriced for a hostel and for what it offers. The 10 bed dormitory is full of cockroaches and probably the whole building. Dont flash your flashlight at the floor at night or you might get scared and never come back again. The mattress covers are disgusting.

Its was alright, and nothing else. The actual place is clean but the beds are stained and dirty. The hostel volunteers charged me an extra 10 dollars for extending my stay on top of the actual cost and fees, why did they do this? I dont know. It's in a sketchy but lively hood. I heard there are better hostels but this was the cheapest, I'm not impressed but can't complain too much.

Great experience, a little small (especially the bathroom) but otherwise great. Staff was great. Rich offered plenty of help and even took us out to a local drum music event. Great service~

we had a very nice ground floor unit with ensuite. A good place to spend a day waiting for a cruise ship. The admin is run by part-timers and we had an issue but Agoda sorted it out for us.

El lugar se ve inseguro. Se accede a las habitaciones con clave de seguridad pero estás prácticamente en la calle. En la habitación de chicas solo había un enchufe y otro en el baño, tuve que enchufar mi teléfono en la cocina desconectando un electrodoméstico. El aire acondicionado hace un ruido infernal. La cocina está hecha un asco, en los refrigeradores no me atreví a dejar nada por suciedad. La terraza de arriba la tienen cerrada por lo que no hay ningún espacio común para compartir. El personal no habla español y están a su aire, de cachondeo, no atienden a los huéspedes y no se preocupan por intentar entender o ayudar en la visita al país. Es un hostal que deja mucho que desear, merece la pena pagar un poco más y estar en un lugar más cómodo.

窓は修理されていたが、部屋が汚い特にバスルームが。キッチンにいたっては、電子レンジが使えまい、水が出ない。冷蔵庫が汚くて(掃除されてない)空きスペースがない。オフィスもAM10からPM10なので不便
