Me and my friend arrived late I told them that we will be late because of transportation issue but the manager waited me, welcomed me with very big smile, the people there is so jolly, polite, and Kind Medyo maharlika lang ung pagkain but it’s all worth it. Malinis ung paligid, Mabait ung mga stff , maganda ung tubig ng dagat, They don’t even have a plastik straw wich is very good because i love turtles 🥰 kim ung manager na Lgbt 🏳️🌈 haha Ang galing nya Mag isip sya ung nag papadami ng costumer ng Place. ang saya saya nya tingnan palagi. And napansin ko na kadalasan sa kanila is working student kasi may mga naka uniform pa ang galing Kasi binigyan din nila mag trabaho ung mga batang Gstong kumayod. Ung room bagong bago pa Anlinis, ambango Anlakas ng aircon, ang sipag din nila mag ask kung gusto na ba namin mag palot ng towel or mag palinis ng kwarto, yung wifi mabilis naman kaso Sa resto lang, higit sa lahat PANALO UNG SINIGANG NA ISDA. Hndi ako mahilig sa isda pero sobrang sarap nya. Haha. Thank you manager at sa mga waiter na makulit na medyo mabait. I will surely COME BACK HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

It feels like time is slowly ticking when you came here in Ilocos. What a beautiful scenery when you wake up as the fresh wind passes by. The sound of the beach waves is like a music to your ears and the food is superb. The receptionist is very kind and every accommodating. Every staff in here is very friendly and hospitable. Indeed, good food, good mood. It is a perfect place to unwind with loved ones, family and barkada. If you are looking for a perfect spot in Ilocos Norte, this is the best hotel for you.

I am a local from Ilocos Norte and definitelt our stay was awesome! The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The room was very clean complete amenities and noise proof!😅 Staying with a kid and a senior citizen was not bad at all. What we liked the most is it is literally a beach front resort. We really need to promote tourism in Ilocos Norte especially in Pagudpud. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you, Casa Victoria!

Great Location, Food, and Staff.”
The location is on the beach front so expect a great view while eating on their restaurant. Everything I ordered in their restaurant was satisfactory. The room and bathroom are clean but no water heater and no bidet. Also, you cannot access the WiFi in your room (only in the restaurant) and the (globe) network signal is very poor - which is okay as I just really want to relax during my stay. The staff were all nice, attentive, and friendly. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay at Casa Victoria.

The room is very spacious and new. The resort has a restaurant which is a huge plus if you don't want hassle finding a place to eat after a day of swim. They also have generator and 100% back up on all outlets when electricity went out for a few hours. Nice beachfront also! Overall, can't wait to be back!

Its right by the beach. Its far away from the town proper so be sure to bring in groceries. We booked two rooms but one of the rooms has two bunk beds, which we could probably all use. However, we are "tall and big" people so we are contented with our two rooms. Bathroom is small but sufficient. A/C is very powerful. There is a outdoor shower and restroom. There is also a restaurant on site, which is pretty affordable. The views are fantastic. They have lounge chairs in front, where you can people /beach watch or sunbathe. You can walk around the shore. Its nice. One morning, there's a fisherman who pulled up with freshly caught fish. The staff is very accommodating and nice.

The beach was awesome. It was so clear with powdery white sand. Though the current was not safe for my small kids, we enjoyed it so much. The room and bathroom was big for the 5 of us. 3 of us were adults. The staff were courteous and kind. It was the perfect ending for our trip.

Clean, beach front and with decent food menu options. The staff were nice and friendly. The room assigned was part of the newly built extension of the resort. It was spacious for 4 people.

Love the tranquility of the place”
Had a very pleasant stay at this resort. Excellent location, beach front, so we got to enjoy beautiful mornings by the beach. Best to swim in the morning where the tide is low, water is crystal clear and the waves are still mild. We did snorkeling but there's not much to see since the water is shallow and no corals, just plenty of seaweeds (they get carried by the strong waves if you swim in the afternoon so not recommended). We saw some flatfish and school of fish (very small fish)!😍 The resort has the basic necessities: clean room and bath room, soap, towel. I normally bring my own supply of toiletries so no complaints. Generous servings at the restaurant at a reasonable price. Also entertained by the presence of Jack and Sabina during our meals at the resto. All staff are very helpful, nice and smiling. We travelled long hours just to get to this resort but it was all worth it! We enjoyed our stay, overall and will surely come back!💞

Cozy small resort. Staff are very friendly and are ready to assist their guests. Thumbs up for their menu list. Impressed with the plates they are using (Corelle). Plenty of space for parking. The beach is very clean and with an amazing view of the windmills.

The place is small compared to resorts in other tourist destinations in the country. Nevertheless, you will get what you pay for. They have the best cuisine among all those we tried in Ilocos Sur and Norte. The serve delectable food and the price is really cheap. Our room is good for 4 pax and it's really worth the price. The location of the beach is perfect and you'll also have a good view of the windmill.

Along Saud beach. Restaurant is infront of the beach not the rooms but not a problem at all. Shore is clean. Staff are very approachable, accomodating and are smiling all the time. Room is affordable compared to other resorts around.
