A big no for this budget hotel. ”

I have been many of budget hotel before but this hotel i am not recommend to go to during school holiday, because they charged some extra fees just because of “school holiday”. While i already paid thru online still neeed extra charge??? So bad and feel like been scammed. In my opinion, they should inform customer a fews day early or update the actual price on agoda system.

I got cheap price for my booking but surprising that the room was not gd for me at all, simple facilities was not supply eg hanger, toilet tissue, drinking water.
