1. You should carefully look at the facility in bed room you are thinking to book. There are only 1-2 rooms with bathroom inside and AC. I booked the one without bathroom, but they didnt mention anything on the website until I arrived and found out. Super upset after a long ride to Nam Cat Tien. Also, the AC wasnt working well. 2. Service: the staffs werent rarely available around the farm stay to look after the guests. Only one housekeeping/ kitchen staff. Everytime I needed something, I had to request that person to help me contact with the reception on the phone. They didnt provide any information, or introduce anything about the national park, things you can do here, place to eat, attractions.. etc.. NONE. There was one guy after 15 mins waiting finally came, as I asked for some tours - brought a catalogue and stood on the side to watch me reading, going through 10pages of tours without any advise. He was even worse in the way that he didnt really care he could sell any tour to me. Thats the horrible service since you are in hospitality man. That's why I cancelled the second night, and didnt care that I'd lose the money. Its not worth it you know, to stay at a place where you aint welcomed or taken care. We moved to Ta Lai afterwards, And I just wished to book it at first place. You should check out Ta Lai Longhouse. Great service, they event went extra mile to make my 1day stay wonderful.
