Over-all we really liked Twin Rock Beach Resort. Place is great. Price is just right. You get great value for your money. My children and mother loved the place. But as always, there is still always some room for improvements to make their services much better.

I booked it before tyfoon so that was bit unlucky But that's live so no wifi no tv but the staff turned everything to a nice holiday Good food restaurant 24 h at your service The staff all of them !!! Made it for us a wonderful stay Only advice try not to book the weekends then a lot of local people come because somewhere it is a public resort and take away the quite side of twin rocks

Went there and was advised that they declined our booking. No advise from agoda though. Good thing was, they upgraded us to Deluxe 1 but I don’t know if Agoda will be charging an additional fee from me. There should be none. If there is, I will complain. The staffs were accommodating but it will be advisable if they talk on our language coz there was an instance that I was talking to the staff and she eventually talk in Bicolano, which of course I will not understand. She might be badmouthing me without me knowing. But I do appreciate the way they accommodated us especially when we checked out. It’s Sunday and there’s limited transpo. They advised their driver to bring us to the Virac Port w/o charge.

The location is quite far from Virac Proper but upon reaching the place, the beach site and the view of the twin rock is amazing. However, the Nipa Cottage (4) where we stayed needs rehabilitation/enhancement. It is apparently very old already (flooring scratched, T&B door is worn and does not have a lock, the dipper and the pail appeared dirty because of hard water marks which they fail to clean or replace with a new one.

Pros: clean beach, pool, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, clean running water, and the restaurant has reasonably priced food items, Cons: far from town center, transportation not easily available, no wifi, and no television inside the room.

Unlucky”
We felt disappointed by our experience, the location is clearly beautiful but very, very isolated (have to take a 25 min Jeepney from the harbour, then and 20 min trike from the main road). Sadly, we got trapped in constant heavy rain which meant we couldn't experience anything. The shop had sold out of almost everything as they couldn't get food in due to the weather, limited menu options ( surprised not so see any fresh seafood) no internet or WiFi during the whole stay and due to its location, no mobile phone signal on either Smart or Globe. If you want isolation I guess that's fine but we couldn't even arrange alternative travel plans as all forms of communication were down -- apparently internet has been down for a while, with no phone signal as an alternative, this is problematic for any travellers. Rooms a very basic - we were in the most expensive. No room service, no TV, or anything like that and due to the weather, the pool and resort had been blown to bits -- trees, sand, soil, leaves all over the place. If its sunny, I'm sure you'll have a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful can't fault them.

Love the scenery. Love Everything around the resorts. It's picture perfect. Except the room. Originally I booked the nipa hut, I love it outside but disappointing inside. Toilet is pretty basic no hot water and no tv. So I ask the reception to upgrade me with hot water and with tv. But Whether u pay for the most expensive room there the accommodation is really pretty basic so don't expect too much. But overall we enjoy staying there. Love the swimming pool although there's a bit of faults to complain. The scenery is just breathtaking.

we asked the receptionist if we can check in early like 1hr earlier. We told them that we will not wait for the following day check out of 12noon that we will be out before 8am coz we have meeting at 8am the following day but the receptionist said NO.
