        Clean Beach”

        Near Beachfront and has hot shower

        The people in the reception and bar are very hospitable. The hotel is opposite the beach which is very clean although it has stones instead of sand. It's quite far from the main city which is Mambajao but near the springs.

        hotel room was clean, carpeted and had a big wardrobe closet. staff were very accommodating and made sure we had a pleasant stay. they were ready to give tips and directions in going to the different places.

        everything was good

        Thank you, staff. Santo niño cold spring was close and good and very cold. Giand Clam culture at Guinsilliban was very nice. I want to stay here again.

        very accomodating staff, they assist us in tour and they even cook food ( with charge) with us. nice beach but not friendly because they have many big stone under water! but really clean and see your feet under the water!

        Slowly continuing to deteriorate”

        The view from the room, the comfort of the beds and the location on the seafront.

        This is a hotel which could provide a much improved vacation experience if the owners maintained it to a better standard. Simple and standard things like the cleaning of the rooms, small maintenance improvements to the plumbing, air conditioning and decor are wanting. cleaning of the floors wardrobes and walls is neglected. We stayed in one of the best rooms for 2600 Pesos a night, but it was not worth that much. We tried the breakfast on only one occasion and it was really very poor, served mostly cold and not to a good standard. It was nevertheless convenient to be able to stay at this hotel only because of its convenient proximity to our family.

        Very old feelinf”

        I feel a total revamp necessary as room very jaded looking. Rooms not cleaned each day and even had to ask for toilet paper. In the 4days room only cleaned once and towels not even changed. This despite putting please clean room sign out. Food was OK but all facilities need updating.

        Nice basic Hotel”

        Rooms clean Staff friendly

        It is a reasonable hotel, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast very basic and actually ran out of bacon on last morning. WiFI is good if you go to the top floor and sit in area there. It was worth it for the money paid. Just a short walk to the main road where you can pick up Jeepney to explore island. Plenty to see on the Island.

        Very poor staff didn't seem to care if they help or not . Room was full of ants water ran all the time in bathroom nothing there for small children to do Outside of resort very nice but inside not so good this place could use a lot of updates to the inside was not what I expected
