"I have stayed in many small provincial hotels in the Philippines and this is one of the best. Quiet location a few kilometres out of Catarman near the Municipal Fish Market. The staff are all related to the owner and take great care of the guests. I was in 2nd Cottage and rarely needed the airconditioning as the cottage caught the cool breeze off the sea. There is no beach, but I did see people snorkelling in the harbour and divers setting off by boat. The food was great and the western breakfast very tasty. The coffee is brewed and a huge improvement on the instant coffee served in similar establishments. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It has good internet access by the pool and excellent mobile signal. The owners have plans to extend the internet wifi coverage. The pool is big enough to enjoy a swim and is kept very clean. The owners provide airport pickup at a very reasonable cost. In fact this hotel is great value and I came away after a few days having spent less than I expected."

"This Villa is value for money, fully self contained 2 bedroom house with 3 queen size beds and extra foam mattress. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean if you wanted to cook your own meals, the public markets and shops at catarman are only 10 minutes away. It was so quite and peaceful with no street noise at night. I would recommend having your own transport or a scooter. Taylor's did offer airport or ferry port pick up and scooters are available for hire at various location on Camigiun Island. I would recommend this Villa and I will stay again on my next trip to Camigiun. "
