Fantastic helpful staff throughout the property all focused on making sure you have the best experience. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed corner sea front suite with outdoor hot tub which we will always fondly remember! Shuttle to & from the main city. Excellent food & drinks, and of course, phenomenal pool. Sunset's here are wonderful and we had no problem, but you should probably book ahead even as a guest. Would stay again without question. Also, complements to the concierge as she recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner!

The Cavo Tagoo ir really close to the city center, so you don’t need to rent a car to go there, the rooms are very nice and decorated, the pool is awesome but you have to get early in the morning to lay on the sunbeds. The restaurant is also very good

Gorgeous hotel! I would not want to stay anywhere else on Mykonos! It’s very pricing though and they really need to heat there pool. Other than that it’s amazing! Amazing pool, rooms, views, and absolutely amazing breakfast!

Very overpriced for what it is if compared to other luxury hotels in this category. At least for the standard/classic room with the jacuzzi. It was super windy outside, almost impossible to sit on the balcony or use the jacuzzi. Also, the wind is heard in the room thus giving it an uncomfortable feeling. The staff is great though.

Worse than expected ”
This is a very trendy and modern boutique hotel, and has got pretty high popularity on ig. However, as soon as we check-in, we do not feel the hospitality and warmth as a five-star or high rated hotel should have. I'm sure all male and female staff are being selected, very good looking with fit bodies, but not much smile on their faces. Maybe this is the sort of cool ambience they intend to create at this place, ha. Furthermore, we booked the room several months earlier, but has been arranged on the lowest floor. The worst, hearing the noise from air conditioners if we open the balcony door, and is unable to change the suite since the hotel is fully booked for the night. (how unfortunate!) The private pool is so close to the road, and when coaches drive by, passengers on the coach literally wave to us, haha. (how interesting!) If you ever come to Mykonos, I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth it at all! Only if you want to produce some hot hits on ig, hahaha.

How is this the most popular hotel? ”
I stayed at Cavo last week thinking it was going to be the most amazing honey moon stay after getting married in Santorini. Boy was I wrong! We weren’t picked up from the port when we arrived even though I had emailed them twice about it. I had to wait an hour for a taxi. When I arrived they debated on who was right with me about the transport then said “ We believe you”, after I showed them the email requesting pick up. Staff acted like they make millions and walk around with their nose up in the air even though the place smelled like literal shit. Breakfast is included and they feed guests the same stuff every day. There is absolutely nothing special about this hotel besides the breathtaking views. I would have stayed somewhere else for half the price with the same view on that same step. I’ve traveled around the world; and for the price this is definitely not worth it. They didn’t ask how our stay was at checkout or even try to make our days special considering we were celebrating our union.

Our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to go back to Mykonos. We felt immediately very welcome and enjoyed the amiable attitude of the stuff throughout our stay. The spa is brilliant and the treatments they offer are beyond satisfactory.

Overrated”
If you are in your 20s with money to burn then this is the place for you. It is overpriced and even though the breakfast was superb ,the pool menu is overpriced as are the drinks. The rooms are beautiful but there are not enough pool lounges and there is no protection from the wind. There is a view of the sea but unlike the other side of Mykonos, there is no view of the beautiful yachts moored and the beaches. There is no beach and whilst the complimentary shuttle is very convenient ,it is still a walk to town at drop-off point. The music at the pool is fabulous but some of the staff have difficulty understanding English and have an arrogance about them which I found unprofessional If you are a pretentious, superficial jet setter then this will be the place for you !

The facilities, view & service at the pool are unsurpassed. It so beautiful that you almost don't want to leave the hotel. Staff are friendly and obliging. In season prices are very high. Service, food, rooms and staff cannot be faulted.

Great but too noisy n overpriced”
It’s a drive from town or other beaches etc. they have free shuttle bus to town upon. Rest. But you have to call them so if don’t have mobile phone then you are waiting for taxi for long time as there are on 32 taxis on island. Staff some are too busy chit chatting not attentive. The ladies in general at treaties that who seat you are table appear pretty rude. On our first afternoon upon check in as we walked in she greeted as as: “ what do you want” 🤷🏽♀️ apart from her other staff were lovely but needs to improve there level of hospitality. The chef and reception team are very polite and accomodating with meals etc.. it was my birthday upon arrival and the team gave a upgrade to a golden villa suite for one night. That was very sweet of them.. the vibes are nice here just staff are more friendly and happy to be working there.
