Amazingly Unexpected!”
I booked the hotel because of its location near a mall where I could shop and play with my kids in convenience and I wanted to have a good night sleep. As I arrived the hotel staff were so accomodating. I was surprused I have a big bath tub in my room where me and my kids could fit. The aircon was superb and the cable tv had lots of channels to choose from... both beds, were nice and comfortable. I thought the bottled water in our room was the welcome drinks but lo and behold I had a free refreshment juice at their restaurant and its a fresh lemonade with a twist. The buffet breakfast was the best part I had unli bacon!!! Doesn’t lack anything at all. The hotel even has a pool up top... now I am beginning to question why all this for 1500 ..I am so lucky I got the best deal from Agoda... and thanks Cebu Grand I’ll definitely come back!

Very good location near many restaurants and with a walk distance to ayala around 15 minutes walk, they have selection of good breakfast , and the most important point the staff very helpful and a smile always, the view from the swimming pool so beautiful even the rooms and very clean , and the good thing there is a kittle and comfortable bed and cold A.C , would like to say thanks to all the staff and specially bredgete in front deck , Salamat bo cebu grand 😊👍 i stayed four nights from 20tell 25 march room 621

Loved the hotel”
Lovely rooms, airconditioning was perfect, it was clean, hygiene was good. Only thing i missed was warm water out of the shower. Besides that, perfect hotel. Starbucks only a few meters away, burger king aswel. The food downstairs was good too! We were surprised, really enjoyed it.

Spacious Room”
The room is very spacious with 2 beds. Please note they don’t provide extra towels and do not allow you to bring their towels out for activities. We stayed for 4 day 3 nights, on 2nd night my hubby started to have rashes on his body and more rashes appeared on 3rd nights... on 4th day when we do check out, I also started to have rashes. We suspected is from the bed bugs and have feedback to the reception. Hope this will be improved. Location is very good, some restaurants are just below the hotel.

Perfect vacation”
We checked in late around 10pm. First time to experience fast transaction in the reception area. No long wait. Our room is already set though there are minor that they forgot to put inside the room but when we request it, they provided it A.S.A.P. The food is superb, we enjoyed it. Our kid really enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were so polite, courteous and they always wear smiles. Though the location is an area of traffic but within the area you can still roam around and if you want to have food trip you may do so. That is why in totality, our vacation is perfect.

I usually stay here before attending meetings or seminars in the city. My 1st experience in this hotel was worth pondering because they had the best staff. But as I constantly came it sort of dried out. For my stay this week I encountered the same staff they had when I first stayed and as expected the service was superb. The room assigned to us was big and we were able to stay earlier and checked out late even though they are fully booked they didn't bother us with delays... and their food is the best I must say.. the desert is delectable. I had a small issue with the CR since it was not cleaned well when we arrived but in just 2 calls they were apt to cleaning it. There was also no parking space when we arrived but the valet allowed us to park in front of the hotel while waiting for an available parking slot... he was so nice unlike the guy last time he was so rude he just told us to look for parking and did not even bother to guide us... The hotel's service depends on the staff..TNX
