CR Door is not fixed.”
Although our stay is worth for it's price, the attendant is not hospitable. You can hear sound from other rooms. Especially the Comfort Room, it is damaged. Everytime my girlfriend uses the CR, I guard the door because it can't be closed from the inside. I'm hoping tge facilities will be maintained.

Pro's: 》Located in Fuente so it is near food establishments and convenience stores, convenient location Con's: 》Had to ask for a blanket replacement cause what we had was so dirty, not sure if it was even washed. Stains on bedsheets and towels as well 》It looked like the doorknob can be easily broken

Overbooking”
The hotel got overbooked during Sinulog and I was transferred to a capsule to a nearby hotel which costs way lesser than what I booked. I originally booked for a standard double private room but stayed on the different guesthouse with a different room standard. I would apprecieate if they got me small refund from what I payed.

the guesthouse is unattended. Guest can't check-in as soon as they arrive. They still have to call or wait for someone to open the gate for them and worst is no one really opens even how much you press the doorbell.

No receptionist upon check in at 8pm. Had to call owner to get a room. No receptionist at checkout. No running water. There was stored water from a few rooms down you could stored water to the room.

The staffs are very accomodating and helpful. they will greet you with a sweet smile. The room, toilets and reception are clean. The location is super perfect for a traveller like me. I highly recommend Cebu Guesthouse to everyone.

Good location close to malls, places to eat & Mango Square! Staff friendly, air-con works great, and the dorm has small lockable lockers for valuables. The guesthouse is very clean with hot and cold water available. You can leave a bag for a few days, great if you plan to tour southern Cebu for example!

The guesthouse is very well located close to Osmena Fuente, Mango Square and Robinsons Gallery. Staff are friendly. Air-con works well. I stayed in the 10 bed dorm, can hear some noise from the TV when it gets turned on around 7 am. Drinking water (and hot water as well) are available from a dispenser. I left a bag for a few days while I toured the south of the island which was well looked after!

This place is ideally located just next to the Fuente in cebu city. It is a very convenient location to go anywhere in Cebu city. I had my own room, but shared bathroom and common area, which I thought would be ideal since part of my trip there was to get to know the place and people. Shared common area naturally facilitates chatting with other people there. However, started from my 2nd day staying in the place, tap water supply stopped, and this water supply stoppage lasted 4 days until the day before my moving out. In the kind of warm/hot days of mid-Sept in the tropical area like southern Philippines, life suddenly became extra difficult without basic tap water supply. The staff tried hard by getting bottled water and allowing us to use that for bath and other use. Still, the restroom became a little messy, and could not do regular shower in the bathroom. My room there was quite clean, AC worked well, and it was safe with staff there 24 hours a day. Would not recommend to foreigner

I stayed here when I arrives Cebu and booked again and went back before leaving the City visiting moalboal and kawasan in between. Staffs are great, good wifi and clean.
