A great stay with excellent staff!”
Before i say anything about my stay itself, i want to acknowledge the excellent staff. I had lost my passport on the flight arriving into Cebu, this was realised upon my arrival at the Parklane and the staff on the check-in desk as well as the concierge desk immediately set to work assisting me in contacting the airport and airline. The leader of the concierge team couldn't have been more helpful and continued assisting me throughout the night and following day, he is also the one who called to advise my passport had been located the following night. Right throughout my stay all staff at the hotel were wonderful, always greeting myself and other guests with a friendly hello and genuine smiles. The happiness of all staff made my stay so much more comfortable and feel like i had stayed many times before. My stay at the Cebu Parklane was a thoroughly enjoyable one and i hope to return again soon.

High quality experience, friendly staff, great value!”
This is our 3rd time staying at the Parklane. We absolutely love it! All front of house staff (security, reception, porters/concierge) were friendly and accommodating. Attentive to all needs of guests and visitors, anticipating needs and responding to them in a timely and courteous fashion. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good facilities. The housekeeping staff were always warm and friendly, always smiling, and quick to respond to any queries/requests. Definitely recommend getting the package with complimentary breakfast. Amazing value, massive range of options and cuisines. Included local Filipino food options (e.g., sticky rice matched with mango, Filipino cocoa, and other delectable treats), continental/Asian breakfast options, fresh fruit, hot foods, and many more. You would not be disappointed. It's always exciting to go to the breakfast room each day. Chefs and wait staff were just as attentive and friendly as the rest of fabulous crew at Parklane! 10/10 would recommend.

Checked-in at the afternoon. They work swiftly and politely. The guards are welcoming. Our room is spacious, can work with laptop given there are 2 tables and 3 chairs in the room. It is smelled so good maybe because it is thoroughly cleaned. The bed is comfortable. Probably be going back the next time I will be in Cebu. Downside is, Our bathroom shower is cold. I don't know why, It's sad because all you wanted in a hotel is their warm shower after a long travel. Their breakfast buffet is good though lesser variety of food than before (maybe because the prices from the market are high) We were told that breakfast is available 6 am to 10 am we went there at 9 am because we intentionally woke up late for more rest. But the food are consumed, some are no longer refilled. (I was looking forward for the pancakes) haha. But it's okay we were still filled up with there salad and puto maya and tsokolate. Definitely going back. YES!

LOCATION & PRICE”
Staff are great... they go out of their way to ensure you are safe, and that you have everything you require for your stay. Good buffet breakfast, and very convenient little store in the lobby. Amenities are really great and everything is kept very clean. Location is very close to Ayala Mall (within walking distance) and they are very quick to get a Grab or Taxi or Motorbike for your convenience if you want to go somewhere else. Very close to IT Park - about a 15 min walk. Very nice room, recently upgraded with new pillows - very very good. Pricing is very good. Excellent value for the money - even with breakfast included.

Wonderful staff and very comfortable stay! ”
I had an issue with a lost passport when i arrived at the hotel. Staff, especially on the concierge desk went above and beyond with the assistance provided to me, helped to keep me calm and made a very stressful incident much easier to deal with. For the wonderful service i was provided i wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Cebu Parklane to anyone. The hotel is in a perfect location, rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and with a restaurant, cafe and even a convenience store you have everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Always try to stay at the Parklane when in Cebu”
This is our go-to hotel every time we are in Cebu. The location's good (A block away from the Ayala Mall), rooms clean, Good pool, gym. Most of all we like the staff. They are warm and friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. Another good feature of the hotel is the buffet. Great array of food with everything from Sashimi, to shell fish, pork and more. And it has always been delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”
A little bit of a hiccup on first check in. They did not give us the room we requested due to being fully booked, but the service made up for it! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They helped us when one of our family members lost a credit card. The food was very good as well. Location is great by Ayala mall. Room is very clean and has good amenities with it once we were given the correct room. I would recommend this hotel to anybody needing a hotel in the Cebu area.

Wonderful - but not my business”
Most first-class hotels in Cebu don’t have bath tubs in all rooms. This hotel, whose price is far below that of the first-class hotels, has bath tubs in the rooms. In the old days two decades ago when the internet was nascent and Facebook did not yet exist, first-class hotels had a business centre. These days, first-class hotels in Cebu – although not in Manila - only have computers in the lobby with a bar stool or on the first-and-a-half floor with no stool at all. This hotel still has a fully fledged business centre. The hotel has a good restaurant on the ground floor. Nowhere will you notice that there is also a swimming pool and a second restaurant in the hotel. But that’s not a drawback or a critique. It’s the owner, not the customer, whose trying to make money – from the second restaurant.

One of the best rooms in Cebu City with excellent service”
They were just badly affected by the typhoon. Some rooms may have been damaged, which is obvious from the missing glasses from the outside, but they put us in a very nice room. Service is still consistent. Personnel, including the guards, were willing to assist you, especially when it's hard to hail or book a taxi. I never tried their facilities, since the pool was not available because of the recent typhoon, but I highly recommend this hotel for short or long stays. Very close to the business district, and they serve great buffet breakfast with a wide variety. Front desk people always smiling, and always ask if they could assist me even if I wasn't dressed nicely. Housekeeping people greeted me with a big smile, despite (probably) the devastation they and their families have been through with the recent typhoon, but their service was already excellent, and I can't ask for more.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before when in Cebu City. I always feel comfortable and the staff are always efficient. Both times I stayed this trip i was given an upgrade room. That starts you off happily. The facilities are excellent. Lovely pool, great fitness room. It is so close to Ayala centre. It really is still one of the best hotels in cebu city at that price for me.

Memorable Stay”
Stayed 3 nights. Very nice and super clean. Spacious room, careful decoration. Shower pressure excellent and soft water(some hotels have very hard water, which is unpleasant). Toiletries very good I liked the soap fragrance. Bed, pillows and sheet all perfect. Wifi no issues and good speed (I used internet a lot). This is the best hotel I've stayed in Cebu(usually 2 and 3 stars hotels though) but compared to Mezzo(4 star), Parklane is in a complete different level.

Agoda is the Best Deal for this Hotel”
You get free buffet breakfast at half the price when you book at Agoda compared to when you book through their web portal. The hotel is clean, well-maintained and the staff are very courteous. I was supposed to stay here for a day but i decided to extend my stay at the last minute since this was initially a business trip. If you plan on doing some laps in their pool make sure to head there around 7 am to avoid the crowd.

Staffs we’re friendly. View from my room is perfect. Around 30 minute ride from airport to hotel. Pool is nice , the gym and Sauna. Location is soooo Perfect. Ayala Center is just a 5-7 minute walk. 2 Starbucks na round the hotel. Great price. Nice room. Well cleaned. I’m soooo satisfied in choosing Parklane as my hotel. Will definitely book again.

Friendly staff, clean, worth the rates”
The staff are friendly and accommodating. We were able to try Kan-anan restaurant in the 4th floor, the food was delicious! Definitely recommending the hotel both for food and room stay! They are also easy to contact prior to our arrival in cebu :) clean room :) i just wish they had bacon for the breakfast buffet, but cant demand more as their room package is really affordable!

Safe haven post Odette(Rai) ”
Cebu Parklane International Hotel is one of the very rare hotels here in Cebu city after the super typhoon that remained 100% fully functioning up until now (5 days post Odette). Our family is very grateful that Parklane is committed in serving their customers/guests their at most best given the circumstances. My siblings and I are freelancers and we mainly depend on the internet as source of livelihood and Parklane became our safe haven during those times. Despite the unstable signal/internet in the whole Cebu City, Parklane came through for us. Safe to say that when a calamity hits us there will be a place like Parklane that is ready to be our second home.

We were in Cebu for a national convention. The hotels are mostly fully-booked and charged higher. Cebu Parklane is best-priced, is comfortable to spend the nights with, manned with pleasant hotel staff and the food is delectable.

We have been staying at the hotel for a long time now during the pandemic - the hotel is very clean has many facilities and one of the main things I love about this hotel is the staff and their attentiveness - room service is good, food is good, and the live band and karaoke are very cool! Highly recommended especially in the future when international travel restrictions are lifted.
