Location is great . There are 3 swimming pool n 2 jacuzzi pool. The area of south wing room swimming pool is more clean due to only the customer stay at South Wing can use. The food is nice.

Hotel housekeeping staff are accommodating South Wing is pretty private and clean Children’s pool are fun, clean and safe Room and shower is good. It would be best if hot and cold shower is functioning Front desk staff needs improvement . Be friendly and mind your guest who have been waiting at the lounge, instead of them making follow up if their room are ready for check in.

Been here 5x and staff never ceases to amaze me with their superb customer service esp Ms Chris ♥️ very accomodating. Great food! Love the ambience and property maintenace and cleanliness. The property is along the highway - u can easily find it. Near malls, hospitals, the street food market and restobar is a plus! Love that we can make our own BBQ at the property without any extra charge. Stayed several times at the southwing property with pool access is definitely our FAVE! Spent my kids birthday at the property too brought cakes and food at no extra charge as well! haha I literally decorated the pavillion we stayed (the management allowed me to do some decoration except for sticky tapes cause itll ruin the wall paintings ofcourse) The kids pool were closed due to covid but we will definitely come back w family and friends again next month.

All the pools were fun to explore . had a lot of good spots for IG and just taking photos of my kids having fun. The castle and the dungeons and dragons are one of a kind. So proud to have it here in Cebu! My family had so much fun.

I super love the place. My family with small children enjoy the swimming pool so much. There's a pool where you can sit in the bar. They include 4 people for free on entrance if you stay on one of their rooms. The entrance fee is Php250 for adults with free complimentary drinks and Php150 for children. They also have a cottage fee of Php1500 for two tables or Php800 for one table. If you like karaoke bring your own speaker, mic and your phone but if you like music they also have a live band outside name MO2 that starts at 8pm till 1am. A disco next door will also give you more entertainment if you get bored just wear shoes and of course mask. They have a lot of choices for drinks from beers to cocktails and foods if you get hungry. Taxi is outside waiting if you decide you had the night. The room that I choose had a massive king bed, a good size balcony with swimming pool view. The bathroom is big and beautiful with all the extras just make sure to bring your toothpaste. I give 4 because the smells of the room is awful. The housekeeper said it maybe from the pipes or something. She put this toilet freshener and it helps. They serve complimentary free Filipino breakfast which is rice and a bit of meat with coffee. Things that need improvement”
I would definitely come back here with my family and friends. The staffs are approachable. The room we occupied was very clean and nice. We had easy access to the pool. It's worth the price. However, Westown needs to hire more staff to cater immediately to their clients' needs. It was clear earlier that they were understaffed. Our breakfast was delivered to our room 2 hours after we ordered. That was one of the downsides to our stay there. Please hire more staff especially now that there are a lot of people looking and staying in resorts. The pool also needs improvement. My friends and I were a little itchy when we got in the pool. We observed that the pool was dirty due to the itchiness we had. We appreciate the exclusive pool for us who occupied the South Wing rooms. But please always clean your pools. Way gamit ang pagka nindot sa lugar kung ang swimming pools kay dili limpyo. Sayang kaayo jod if mao na. I really like your amenities, most especially the pools. But please please clean it frequently. Thank you!

Do stay but go out for breakfast”
Great value for money. Fun for everyone, even toddlers (massive pool playground) Limited alcohol choices when I went which was the weekend after a fiesta (sort out your purchasing westown) and corkage is high. Breakfast sucks badly but the restaurant next door has good food for lunch/dinner. Security guards and other staff good. We regret leaving after 2 days to experience other places, should've stay a few more.
