I'm a picky one so this gonna be long. 8/10”
Great location, connected with the mall parking lot and BTS train. I had a room with office (they upgraded for me and allowed me to check in ahead of time so that's great. 6 Keycard access fast elevator so it's pretty secured. Full score for staff manners and cleanliness. Just some hiccups I found tho... Regardless of how well maintained of the furniture and cleanliness, the TV and AC is outdated, the TV is like the latest version they bought from 10-15 years ago with no internet access or any applications in it with limited volume output and regardless of how cold I set my temperature to be on AC panel it doesn't seem to get colder than 23-25°c. I mean they still have "iHOME" glued to the office table and an upside-down electric plugs next to it but since I'm not using it anyway so I'm not sure why I had to mention it. On my first day I found a half empty opened water bottle in the fridge so I left the note for the cleaning team to see them. There's no bedside wall plugs so I had to charge my phone and alike in the bathroom and office, that's kinda annoying. The hot water works really well tho and bathtub is alright, tho I noticed that they overlooked the overhead shower maintenance so they have calcium residue inside it and make a weird direction when you use it. Good blanket, and pillow but the bed is not as soft as I was hoping but still good. If you have dust allergy then don't worry, this place is very clean. ----------- To sum it all up, it was an un-upgrade luxury room from at least a decade ago that has a very well maintenance until now with mall and sky train, secured elevators, good staff and a sub-par wifi. 8/10. Good experience.

DEFINITELY FABULOUS!”
We stayed in Centara 22-25 October. We arrived in the Hotel at 10am but Front Desk allowed us to already go to our rooms which was great! The room was very clean, adequate in size, the bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast in Chatuchak Coffee Shop was wonderful and had international choices. The walkway from the Hotel made it very convenient to cross to the mall which has good stores and many restaurants. The free shuttle service to Chatuchak was definitely a plus. The best thing about Centara was its staff - very friendly and accommodating. Our special thanks to the Head of Concierge - Mr. Nopadol - very helpful especially since he can speak English and would always exert his best effort to assist us in all our requests. Will definitely stay here again. I recommend Centara Grand to all travelling to Thailand.

The hotel is located in a local area and it connects to Central Plaza Ladprao (Shopping Mall) that offers variety of foods and restaurants. Shopping Mall has BTS station (Sky train) and closes to MRT (underground) easily go to central of Bangkok . Hotel is near to Chatuchak weekend market. Hotel staffs are good in service, polite and helpful. The room was clean. Room decorated with an old fashioned.

Very good staff and breakfast. Wonderful Seagood buffet Christmas and they delivers sticking with cookies.Super decorations. It is near Chatuchak market so further out. However you can walk through to a hood shopping mall and good. Close to sky train station and a short taxi drive to the nearest Chao Praya pier to have a nice river ride to the Icon or Saphan taksin sky train and MRT for center city.

Centara never disappoint”
As expect Centara never disappoint. Every things about the hotel is great. Well connected to the nearby shopping mall such as Central Ladprao and Union mall and MRT and 1 stop to Chatuchak where you can grab a free ride. The staff also decorated the room very nicely for our wedding anniversary. If you book for 2 rooms, there is a main door between the 2 rooms which can be lock and interconnect each another.

Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao now has a walkway from the hotel mezzanine through the mall parking lot to the mall entrance. This is very, very convenient and much safer: there is less traffic on the second floor compared to the first and there is no street crossing. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable with luxurious marble bathrooms. The breakfast buffet (still being held during COVID-19) is excellent with American, European and Thai breakfast foods, including Eggs Benedict, a full assortment of pastries, bacon, eggs, yogurt and fruit drinks.

Nice and close to the mall and BTS”
It's a bit far from the BKK city however if you want to stay away from the noisy buzzy city environment, this Ladprao area is good. You can get direct BTS or MRT to the city too. caveat is its close to Don Muang airport too if you flying in and out from Don Muang.

Service Staffs = 10/10 Cleanliness Very clean. But, not sparkling clean as a new or well renovated hotel. So, 9/10 Location Depend on trip purpose. For heavy shopper or for young adult who wanna do bar hopping at downtown, this may not a perfect location. But, for someone who do little bit of everything or on business trip, this is a nice location. If use BTS on non-peak hrs, 15 mins to Siam. So,7/10 to 10/10 depend on type of trip. Facilities I didn't use facilities. But, according to my observation, some may find swimming pool as a small one. Anyway, this hotel is well equipped. So, 9/10 Room Room is nice, bed suit me and feel very comfortable. But, I am not fan of bathroom floor style. Bathroom also has interesting curtain (in Delux Kingbed room, I stayed). It operates from outside of bathroom (from side of bed). Some may find it as awkward situation. Some may love it (may be a feature for a Kingbed room for fun xD ). And, room show a little bit sign of aging. But, it is clean, everything function very well and totally acceptable at its price range. Aircon work perfect. So, not perfect. But, very comfortable and nice experience. 9/10 for me. Generally, it is 9/10 for me. Will go back there again if intention of my trip is not focus on bar hopping and nightlife entertainment in downtown. I also recommended this hotel to my network.

Fantastic resort. And absolutely fantastic for families with children. This resort has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a really great relaxing holiday. The resort is even better in real life than in the pictures. Staff, cleanliness, location, on the beach, 5 clean and well-designed pools, beachside dining at Piak Restaurant, everything is superb. I will be back with my family and my kids are missing being there. This resort deserves more star rating....like a 6 star! Fabulous facility to stay it it quite away out from Bangkok central and an hours drive from the airport taxi cost is 600 BHT which is quite good value the hotel is attached to a shopping mall and the sky train so easy access to anywhere you like staff and rooms spotlessly clean would come back and recommend
