Great hotel ... poor management regarding conventions”
Stayed 7 nights and have to say the staff are amazing. Can not meet more helpful staff all round the hotel. Hotel located on the beach on the outskirts of Da Nang and so easy to get into Ho An and Danang and hotel offer a shuttle bus. Big disappointment is the hotel holding conventions and the impact it has on other paying guests. Closing the seating area around the pool with no notice at 2 pm to facilitate the convention then the noise from the music at night. The management need to consider other paying guests as they were not bothered that they upset them withdrawing the facilities with no notice. Would stay there again but would check first to ensure no conventions were on during my stay.

We stayed at the bungalow on the beach, couldn't imagine a better location. The beach was so clean. Heaven on earth. I mostly recommend it to people looking for a quiet time on a beautiful beach, it's not crowded, very relaxing very private. We will definitely come back!

Very nice beach resort, especially for the price I got. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Pools and beachfront were great. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was very good, but way too expensive, especially for Vietnam. WiFi was decent, occasionally inconsistent; but overall a great stay.

We stay for 4 days, a wide variations for breakfast spread everyday. A quiet and clean hotel. Staff was really helpful when we fell sick. There was a doctor in the hotel to attend to us and even prescribe some medication to us.

Such a great time in Danang especially staying at Centara Sandy Beach. Fresh air and beautiful sea view. Variety foods for breakfast . And the most impressive staff Mr. Dang , the front desk staff who took care of everything for me . So nice and willingly help me solve all the problems . Same as Mr.Long the driver.
