When u walk narrow hallway to your room it gives you the impression of a budget hotel, but once you open the door you find a spacious, modern and clean room with all what you need. A good choice

Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff was awesome. Lobby is on the top 7th floor and breakfast on bottom floor. Breakfast was limited, not much to choose from but good enough

Great for City Discovery”
Rooms are comparable with Ibis Style, small, clean, functional and modern. Nice staff and perfect roof top with view on the castle and authentic soroundings of Ljubljana. Breakfast in the Cafe on the ground floor was okay, but nothing fancy.

Friendly service and good location”
The service was fine, and it is clean and handy for both the railway station and the old town. Nice bar in the reception area with table tennis table etc. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was tasty too. If there was a kettle in the room and cutlery or would have been perfect.

Basic business hotel in a great location. Room is smallish but very functional. Only downside was noise (internal) - you can hear just about everything around you. Other issue was no soap in the room or shower (only shampoo), but we could have asked. The front desk personnel were super helpful.

Beautiful ljubljana”
Doesn’t look great from outside. Upside down hotel. Entrance is a small area with lifts to reception to top floor (confusing). Saying that it’s quite trendy when you get there hearing towards younger market. Really good staff. We had a nice room with air conditioning. Very spacey and comfortable. Only big issue I had was the toilet. It was basically a shower cubicle with frosted glass in corner of bedroom. I’m married for 25 years and I felt awkward and exposed using it. A big no no for me and only fault I could find. Adequate breakfast in cafe on ground floor. Good location. 10 min walk from main tourist area.

- Breakfast is not worth it if you have to pay extra for it (15 € per person) - Staff at the breakfast room is not really friendly. Lack of food selection and quality. - Staff at the hotel is friendly but stressed due to the lack of employees at the front desk. More staff is needed to ensure the service level of a four star hotel which is definitely not the case at the moment. - Hotel room and comfortable beds - Located closed to the city center/old town/train station

Great location but breakfast is disaster”
Hotel is very good located in heart of Ljubljana. Close to Old Town and bus/train station. Room is spacious with very modern design. Breakfast buffet is not real buffet. In buffet you can find only tea/coffee, juice/water, butter, jam, nutella, bread, croissants and bread. And you can choose ONLY ONE meal from the short menu: scramble eggs with vegetables OR fried eggs OR few slices of cheese/ham OR hummus. In my opinion breakfast is disaster. You can expect such a breakfast in hostel, but if you'll decide do pay about eur 80 per night for double room, service should be much better. Next time I will choose other hotel for sure.

Hotel overall is good but the commitment is low”
Good location, right in the city center within 3 mins walk from train and bus station, very convenient but the service can be improved but for certain people, on check in is nice but she also didn't deliver the promise. I prepaid thru the agoda and had all tax paid, but due to flight change i requested to change from 3 nights to 2 nights and Nina promised that she will charge only 2 nights and agoda will refund and asked me to pay city tax for 6.28 euro, with all intention i didnt ask for receipt, think good but agoda later on didn't want to refund and plus the hotel never replied my email anymore. On check out, the staff was too busy preparing coffee so the check out needs to wait a bit. Guess the saving to combine server and reception not very working on busy hours.

The hotel is good and stuff are friendly, nothing is special about the hotel except the size of the room is bigger than Europe standard. The breakfast was very basic and does not have variety choices.

Good clean hotel”
We arrived 22.55 after flight from U.K. and taxi to find no reception staff and barman told us and several other to walk 500 metres to another group hotel to obtain our room keys. Breakfast was minimal bread, preservatives, fruit, teas and coffee and a very small hot selection of eggs and cold meats and cheese or humus. Reception was on 7th floor, breakfast was in cafe on ground floor. Hotel good, very limited facilities and poorly managed.

It's a hybrid hotel / hostel. The rooms were clean. The location is great, near station and city centre. Bought some drinks at the bar, they accept cash only. Breakfast next door at a side room in the cafe, ok butnot 4☆, Loved the city, if we return doubt would stay there.

Unprofessional stuff”
Only good thing about the hotel is good breakfast in other hotel. Room is weird, bathroom is covered with glass, but still you can see everything. But the worst thing is about guy on reception. We payed extra money for taxes and fees. It is first time to have experience like this. They are taking extra money even you paid everything. He is arrogant and didn't want to check our bill from agoda. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I travelled a lot but have never experienced something like this. I don't recommend!

More hostel than hotel”
This hotel is 50% hostel (capsule) and 50%hotel. It's crowded with backpackers and it feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The service in the reseption is likewise. Long lines for both check in and check out and you have to stroll around the entire floor to search for a place to store suitcases. Unless you just want a location near the old city we would highly recommend another hotel.
