Short stay in north London”
Stay was acceptable, room was basically an apartment so had small kitchen. Room was comfortable. Was on top floor and stairs were no problem, in contrast to other reviews. Want a 5 star hotel with elevator - go stay somewhere else. I would return. Blondie woman clerk at front desk was much more interested in texting on her phone than helping customers. Ignorant. Go find a job with no personal interaction. Breakfast was very basic, toast ham and cheese, jam. I skipped it and found a nice small café in the neighborhood. Several small restaurants around. Not fancy, but cool.

Location, comfort and affordable”
Very good room wise since we spent most of the time outside hotel in central London. Good location wise (Finsburry Park U) but finding the hotel could be tricky. Good nearby eating outlets

Good option for budget travelling”
It is located at zone 2, due to no elevator in the apartment, we have to carry our luggages to our room in 3rd floor which is so tiring. Wifi is only available at the check in lobby area. We travel to London during the summer, there is no fan / air con in the room, which is quite hot in day time but ok to sleep if we open the windows at night. But is is really budget, suitable for budget travelling group

Poor customer service, smoke smelling room ”
Very poor service from staff on arrival but got a different person the next day who much better. Slow internet but it is free. Modern clean rooms. Basic buffet breaky. Wouldn't stay again.

Great Room!”
Check in was a nightmare! We arrived at 1.30 and was told check in is strictly 2 o'clock and was sent to a coffee bar around the corner. We came back at 2.10 and the hotel foyer was full with only one person on the desk. Check in took about an hour in all - valuable holiday time wasted!!!! Then when we were sent to our apartment across the road the cleaners were still in it!!! So another wait! BUT I have to say it was worth it. Our apartment was amazing. Beautifully clean and quiet and very, very comfortable beds. However, chatting to a lady outside who was in the block next door said hers was shabby. We were at no.20, she was at no.18.

近地鐵站(行5分鐘左右)超方便, 去主要景點大多數車程(地鐵)15~20分鐘. 搭地鐵去機場唔使轉車! (唔轉車搭去機場大概70分鐘. 轉線可以快d, 不過可能要行樓梯, 有行李唔轉車好d) 職員友善, 原本訂房時不包早餐, check-in時職員話可以照去食早餐無問題(好抵啊~~) 鄰近公園超市快餐店, 可以去公園野餐. 房間有雪櫃微波爐, 又有晒餐具, 買野返酒店食又得~
