Pro: The hotel is near to JR Okachimachi station within 5 min walk. Clean room. Con: The only con is the size of the room. I guess it is typical Japan’s hotel room size. We barely have place to open our suitcase. Beside this, everything was ok

Pleasant Stay”
We stayed at the Centurion, in the suite room, which was pleasant enough, if a bit cold (top floor with 3 outside walls in winter). The staff were formal, but went out of their way to help us. The location was great, being a short walk from lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel’s staff were greatly polite and helpful. The breakfast was not satisfying with a little lower quality ingredients and few and same choices each day. The room was adequate, a typical small room in Tokyo. The air conditioner/heater was unadjustable so it gets really chilly at night. There was only one elevator going up and down but it was not a problem for traffic.

Everything is good except for the counter staff who know we are waiting at the counter to ask her questions but she still start a phone call. Disappointed on her service. We stand there with our luggage and wait for her more than 5 min.

Very clean , price is Ok not so high , also staff if have some problem they fix immediately . I am giving tip to the staff they dont accept . He said will get angry if give tip. If he cant speak well English he had the phone and translate what he wanted to say. To me . Very good . Also we allowed to stay at the Lobby to talk and drink some red wine at night to make us warm with my friends They also lend us wine glass .. We happy on the hotel . rooms at the Annex building is bigger and spacious .

If u have to stay in this hotel book the annex. Main building is very old and requires renovation. The room is extremely small especially the bathroom. The curtain stinks. Location is good.

The bathtub and the sink are very old, the scratches are all over. The bidet is very old. In the picture of the hotel, there is an onsen. It appears that when checking in, we stayed at the old building without onsen and there is no explanation.
