Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel is near to a lot of restaurants and store. Near to metro. Just need to improve reception. Guests waited for the 2 reception staff to attend. We called their attention to check-in. They don't greet or ask the guests who are in front of them on what they need which is obviously we are checking in.

Short Doha stay”
Arrived early hours of morning 0200, unfortunately room wasn’t ready but waited 15 minutes and all sorted out. Not sure how this could be as should have had available since 1500! Anyway room good size, clean but had slight smell of smoke but was a non smoking room option. The pool was good (indoor) and had a hot tub. Towels are provided but in a different tower which is confusing! Why not provide towels where they will be used ? The location is great as 5 minutes from the new metro system at the Museum. It’s difficult to find it as the entrance is not finished but worth finding to go to/from the airport, souq Walif and other popular areas in the city. Staff lovely and courteous. Moved rooms due to a water leak without issue. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Clean hotel and comfortable. Value for money. Hotel is Near to a lot of restaurants and stores. Near to metro. Walking distance to Qatar National Museum. Generally the Staff are accommodating. Just need to improve reception area, took time to attend to guest when we arrived and do not greet to acknowledge the arriving guests.

Ms. Jeremy and Mr. Amine always greets you with a smile. 🏊♂️The pool area is iconic ✅For value for money 📍The location is very accessible ▪️For some of your request they might be unavailable such as a room with a view. They give me room with a view of the wall of the building. ▪️During check in there is No towels even a single one which I need to call for me to acquire one. But all the rest is good. The hotel is better compared to other surrounding hotels in the area.

We booked a room there because we had a stay over in doha for half a day. positive: The guy at the reception was very friendly and polite. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. negative: When we wanted to take a shower, we noticed that we had no towel in our room. So i went down and asked for a towel and they answered "we will bring you immediately a towel", but they never did. The walls (or maybe it was the door that's connecting one room with another) were too thin, so we could here every noise from our neighbours room. Lastly, I found the system with the lights in the room very confusing.

It took more the an hour to checked in. We were informed that due to the covid situation, kids are not allowed in the pool. But the next day, there is a kid and a father swimming in the pool. They allowed because nobody else was swimming. And our room the entire time we are checked in, we need to open a window and turn on thr kitchen exhaust fan because of the smell of cigarette smoke. You can even smell it in the sheets...
