TL;DR: A very good bargain for the price and the facilities provided. Pros: - Location-wise is in Kuah centre, about 10 minutes from jetty and 20 minutes from the airport. - Very spacious, can accommodate up to 10 adults. - An old apartment unit, but it was squeaky clean. - Despite the bad reviews, all airconditioning units were quite new. Bed and mattresses were clean and comfy. Washing machine, fridge and Coway water filter worked perfectly. - Owner is very responsive. - Price is very reasonable. Cons: - It's an old apartment unit with some paint torn on the wall. Therefore, if you fancy a perfect & luxurious place, this might not be the place. But if you come with a big group and just need a comfortable place to rest near Kuah with functioning facilities, this is the perfect place!

Good apartment with responsible host”
We had a problem with the parking tag and the host came a bit later to solve our predicament. The place was clean and near the Kuah town. Easy to move around Langkawi.

Nice experience to stay with family, I booked 3 BHK service apartment, but 3 room is very small and has no AC. Somehow needed to manage on drawing room sofa set.

Pro - apartment very spacious and nice Cons - can't use any facilities (gym, swimming pool must strictly follow rules no nego at all) and rental fees is per head not per room or per apartment...if you look for 3 bedroom you must also put how many exactly people come in...they will charge extra for extra head you bring in.

Haunted experience.. Expecially master room.. My grandma told that, she can fel something touch she.. My aunt and i have a nightmare .. At the might night, all of us heard sound from the living room and kitchen.. Aircord also not cold..

All the room air cond are not getting enough cold due to all the air cond is full of dust. TV channel not enough subscription as been listed. Master bedroom toilet not maintained whereas there's cigarette dust. Toliet bowl filthy dirty.

What a disgrace”
We arrived later than expected due to delayed flight. Upon arrival there was no reception open (approx 8pm) and key to apartment was left in letterbox for us to collect and let ourselves in. It wasn't until we got up to room we noticed a few things wrong - but in the morning we were horrified to see the actual room. Window pane missing in kitchen allowing weather and insects to come inside, also security issue. Lights and ceiling fan turned themselves on and off randomly. There was mould everywhere - in the floors, walls, ceilings, bathrooms and even in the marble. Light fixtures broken. Outside doors to balcony broken could not close. Air-con worked but didn't stay cool as room wasn't sealed. Ants everywhere. Rooms had a strong musty damp smell. Furniture was broken, and or damaged. Owner of property kept trying to tell me I got what I paid for - I paid AUD586 which is approximately RM1400+ which is certainly NOT what I paid for. Renovations in next room, very loud.
