Staffs are very helpful. Location is slightly distant from city centre but that’s ok as long as you got Yandex taxi app. Most drivers know this hotel.

Close to the beach, a few minutes walk from a large supermarket, attentive staff - you can slip in here and feel like a local. Rooms have kitchens so you can self cater should you wish. Recommended good value in this frontier town.

surprenant! ...mais non car nous avions déjà sejourné au chagala hotel d'Atyrau donc le standard est sensiblement le même ?oui ..mais il y a ce quelque chose en plus ;l'accueil , la présence du personnel la gouvernante qui arrange les fleurs ,le barman, le personnel de petit- déjeuner enfin un vrai grand plaisir...

Жили в этом отеле в аппартаментах. Прекрасный вид с балкона на закат. Номер отличный - есть все необходимое (холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, плита, раковина, посуда, телевизор, кондиционер, ванна, балкон и ДР). Номер просторный, цена разумная. Жили с маленьким ребенком - придвинулись диван к кровати - получилось отличное спальное место с бортиками для ребенка. Пользовались стиркой - сутра забрали, вечером уже было все сухое и чистое. Небольшой минус за уборку - по ванне нареканий нет. Но вот белье могли бы почаще менять, псуду не всегда моют ну и по мелочи... Отдельно про завтраки - ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНЫЕ разнообразнейшие завтраки! Есть всё - каши, яишница, омлет, сосиски, грибы, картошка, фрукты, овощи, творог,блины,булочки,сырники,нарезки разнообразные,мюсли,молоко,кефир,йогурты и много ещё чего! Все очень вкусно!!! Расположение хорошее - не центр, но не далеко от всего. Ходили на золотой пляж - 40 минут приятной прогулки по пляжу. Вобщем однозначно рекомендую!
