Marginally acceptable hotel ”
The hotel is very clean but queen bed is very small for two. It took 40 minutes to get the free breakfast which was only one egg, some garlic rice and a tiny piece of milkfish (smallest I've ever seen). Room wasn't made up by 9 p.m. even though "Make Up The Room" sign had been out since 9:30 a.m. The had only two tv channels and no WI-FI in the hotel rooms. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or anyone.

we stay there for two night, rooms very dark when light are on because of low cost lighting, breakfast was ok , great staff , yes i would stay again only let down was its rain over our stay.

Agoda.com should change the hotel description in their website. Doesn't have cable tv, no telephone, lights are dim. Bit disappointing.

Agoda's description of this hotel was good, very opposite to what it is in reality. NO CABLED TV (with two local channels only), NO ROOM TELEPHONE, DIM-LIGHT, VERY SMALL TOILET BOWL, VERY POOR SHOWER WATER, doesn't consider late check-out (1 extra hr. only) despite the fact that my group (in 5 rooms) was there only customers. In total it was VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

this is a great budget hotel, I felt it was good value, meals are simple but tasty, whole place is spotlessly clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Stayed in standard double room, very small, no cupboards and no bedside lamp and no shelf at all in bathroom, but the hot water and aircon work pretty well. plenty of tricycles going past to get to central Malaybalay which is only a couple of minutes away. for a 2-star hotel its great and I definitely recommend it based on that rating.
