Very accessible even to public transport. Location is walking distance to the chapel. Near 711 and a short ride to some fast food chain and resto. Owner is very helpful.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even gave us food during the days we were stuck in our room because of the typhoon. The room was clean.I didn't have allergies. Spacious common area. Enough parking. Location was good.

This is not our first time to stay here in Chamie's Transient House. We enjoyed our stay the first time that my friends requested to re-book here. This is one of the friendliest and accommodating transient room/house that you can find in Baler. They would try to check on all of your needs - transpo, food, etc. Thank you for looking after us and including us to dinner and breakfast during Supertyphoon Karding. Power went down because of the typhoon, but there was a generator. Hot and cold water dispenser is available and you can cook in the designated kitchen. 7-Eleven (Convenience Store) is just a few minutes away by foot.
Wifi signal in our room during that time was weak - though we didn't mind as we have our own data connections.

Short travel with family”

We are traveling with 2 senior citizens, and the owner let us stay to the room in the ground floor that accommodates 8 pax while we are only 5pax. Thank you :) -big room -clean sheets and comfy bed -cool aircon with electric fan inside -has dining and kitchen area -has a big parking area -pets are welcome
-far from the beach. You need to drive or ride a tricycle going to the Sabang beach. But if you are young and strong enough, you can just walk -no free toiletries, you need to bring your own towels, soap, etc -they might want to consider adding TV on each room and cabinets or place to put your stuff

Everything! Bang for the buck place, comfortable stay, hospitable and friendly hosts. Will definitely book the place again when we go back in Baler Clean room, bed, linens and pillows. Aircon works great during summer. There is also an available fan in our room.
Nothing really, just a suggestion to have wifi booster so that we can also have connection in our room, but even without it - absolutely fine.
