Fantastic roomy accommodation!”
Our one bedroom unit was very spacious with a large dining/living room. The kitchen was very well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, all the essentials for cooking. Only a one minute walk to the Metro stop Parallel. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Quite close to the cruise port and waterfront. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location to get to and from cruise terminal and also walk to central Barcelona and magic fountain. Very friendly staff and large apartment with aircon and also washing machine a bonus. Lots of food options around. Wifi a bit variable and as noted in other reviews no soap or shampoo. Able to leave bags if early arrival.

The appartment is perfectly located next to the metro and is very spacious. Has a washing machine and is clean and has all facilities you need. However, appartment is noisy, so light sleepers should consider bringing ear plugs. Wifi is not the best.

Great location in barca but basic”
Location and cleanliness can't be faulted. But added extra costs (late check in) and no basic toiletries provided eg hand soap, shower gel or shampoo. Nothing basic for cooking in the kitchen either.

Next to Ramblas”
Not that easy to find but easy to reach by Metro L3 and L2. On the pictures the apartements look nicely decorated but in real they are not that appealing. The kitchen is not equipped for real cooking. You should not move anything or touch anything above the height of 150 cm because it might be really dirty and dusty. Overall the situation and site is fit for a few days in Barcelona.

Location is perfect . Receptionist very helpful. Cleanliness and facilities lack a bit. Cutlery and crockery where missing in the apartment, also a kettle and cereal bowls. Receptionist helped us out but they should have been there in the first place as it is something standard. One drawback is that the road is really busy and Barcelona sleeps late and wakes up early so sometimes noises wake you up. Mind you I slept well. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was very spacious.

Location is good, near MRT. Supermarkets are nearby. Kettle boiler needs to be replaced. Recommend laundry racks be provided as there is a washing machine but no dryer.

A Good Option when staying in Barcelona”
My husband and I very much liked our stay at Charmsuites Paralel Apartments for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The location was fantastic and the facilities met all of our needs. There was a large balcony (but no chairs for it) fridge, washer, toaster, coffee maker, stove and sufficient dishes and cutlery. This could be made even more enjoyable if the apartment had a few minor upgrades. There were no toiletries available, no towel bars, shower head needs replacement, no face cloths or dish towel (I brought my own). The two elevators were always available and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for the size of apartment, amenities, price and location.

Clean and Comfortable”
We loved this apartment. Yes its true that there is no housekeeping and no change of towels daily because this is not a hotel. This is a very convenient accomodation in Barcelona for our family, it has a kitchen, a laundry, iron, balcony where you can dry your clothes, internet. The elevator is very small but its okay, it does its job. Yes you have to take out your trash and that wasnt a problem for us. There's no restaurant in this apartment but there are restaurants outside, around the area. I would love to go back to Charmsuites. We love Barcelona.

Viva Barcelona”
Mark was great! Great emailer before check in and great check in and check out host. Great location mostly because it's on same block of a metro stop. It's a little far from the marina and Las Ramblas but it's an enjoyable walk through the city. If you're going to the beach, walk up the hill and take the scenic cable car ($11 +/- one way) to Sant Sebastia Beach. Be very careful for purse snatchers walking up the hill to the cable car - they tried but didn't succeed. We enjoyed the street facing room but definitely not soundproof rooms as advertised. Free wifi but very very weak on our third floor room, only available in apartment foyer and maybe in living room if the front door was open and never strong enough signal to get it in the bedrooms but the "Pan" sandwich restaurant next door had great wifi service at their tables (and good food). I think because this is an apartment and not a hotel that only one hand and shower towel per bed is provided but no soap but there's a grocery store just across the street. The items in this review aren't negative (except wifi), they are noted for your heads up information because we would stay here again. Charmsuites, if you read this, because all you beds are twins (even in the master suite) you should purchase and make available the item that straps two twin beds together to make a king sized bed for the couples used to sleeping on the same bed. If I'm in Barcelona I'm Staying at Charmsuites”
Second time in Barcelona and my second time staying at Chramsuites. The location is great, 20 minutes from the airport, close to the Ramblas, lots of great restaurants also within walking distance. The apartments are big, nicely laid out & very clean. The 2 guys who run the place are awesome. Very easy to work with and super helpful if you have any questions. I really don't have any complaints. Next time I'm in Barcelona I'll be staying at Charmsuites again.

Fantastic Find in Perfect Location”
We were in apartment 3 floor 1 and I was amazed by the apartment given its central city location. The apartment was spacious with open plan lounge, dining table and kitchen area. The bedroom was large and both the bedroom and lounge opened out on to a huge terrace which also had sun loungers and dining table and chairs. I believe it may be the biggest terrace I've ever seen for one apartment. It also caught the sun which in the city centre is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Barcelona

Great location and super helpful staff”
The apartment suited us well. It is aged & the equipments & facilities are old. Door of our washing machine needed more effort to open or close. But that's really the only cons. It's large, with enough space for all of us, especially with two bathrooms/toilets. Kitchen has full facility. Aircon works well & we get Disney TV with English on the flatscreen TV, keepingg the kids busy. There's a lift so no stairs to climb & our apartment is quiet as it's double glazed & not facing the road. But the most important pros are the proximity to Parallel Subway Station & near to food outlets. It's directly above the station & Parallel is about 4 stops from Barcelona Sants (High speed AVE train station) & you can use the subway to most tourist attractions (eg Sagrada Familia or the station with the Park Gueil bus), Casa Battlo or the station for Montserrat train. Subway, McD, Pans & Co, 365cafe & many tapas bars are close by. Checking in was a breeze as well (reception was open on our arrival).
