Aptly priced,so clean no insect, so peaceful and quiet,with well maintained pool, near Lanang salt beach, clear view, directly infront of Samal Island, friendly staff, ready taxi, with warm water, clean very cool aircon, with cable, with breakfast, with good tasting food to order for lunch and dinner...for little improvement on wifi and door locks but....all others very high rating on service quality, cleanliness and really feels like home,,highly commendable for next visit to Davao

Deceiving”
Pictures on the site paint a nice picture but not so great in real life. No microwave no cutlery or plates and no cleaning product for kitchen area. No beach access but biggest thing I found was price on Agoda was 25% more than the hotel price

Much of the other reviews are accurate, the hotel is tired and not exactly the cleanest, but the staff are great and for the price it’s still good value. If you read the reviews and choose to go, you know what to expect so don’t complain. As for food, the hotel is a little off the beaten track, for walking, but there are takeaway / delivery options - just ask the staff.

The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful when a cell phone died with all the numbers we needed. My first stay and my wife's second. Even though it had been a few months since she had been there, they remembered her as soon as she walked to the desk. Great view from the rear rooms. A bit isolated, nothing within ealking distance. Just ask the desk for a taxi and one will arrive quickly. The menu is limited, but there is an SM mall a few minutes away with restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. The rooms are huge. And again, the staff was great.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff”
A very relaxing few days in a secluded and quiet location with a reasonable size swimming pool. while located in Lizada Beach, there is very limited access to an actual beach. The room was clean and a good size with aircon, cable TV and a refrigerator. The food was quite reasonable with a wide selection, although some items were not available.

The rooms are old (furniture bed sheets etc.). The toliet keep running constantly, and several lights didn't work. When I complained about the room, they moved us to another room where everything worked, which went along way with me. The food was fair (better than other places we have stayed for more money)but at least the prices were ok. Not much in the way of landscaping. The outside is run down and maked the place seem old. The staff was great. If you are just looking for a place to stay and are don't require much, this is an ok place to stay.

it was a big room with basic facilities”
Ambassador room we booked was large, it can accommodate up to 10 people. but they have a rule of 4 guests maximum per room only, so the excess person has a fee. you will feel that the hotel is really old (like in a horror movie) but the staff said it became a hotel in 2007. they are short-staffed but friendly.

it was good but the hotel need some improvement meaning some the rooms are already outdated and need fixing. it is better if there is a buffet breakfast instead of ala carte. the staff should have more training so when asked about tourist spot and other things they can recommend it.

Not a bad hotel ”
Gservice was good. The room was too small for 4 people. We booked a room with 2 bedrooms. It says microwave but theirs none. Stayed 5 days.
