When we arrived we were early so the staff let us leave our bags behind reception while we took a look around. When we came back, we were given the keys to our room. When getting to the room, it was clean, smelt lovely, everywhere was clean and modern! We all also had a good nights sleep here!

Roof top terrace is a must, very central and very clean. Will definitely be back. Only complaint we had was bed was a bit sunken could do with new mattress but was liveable for the 4 day break

Brand new apartments in a central location walking distance from tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shopping centres. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would reccomend Chavasse apartments to everyone visiting Liverpool.

Couples visit”
Stayed during lockdown with my partner to have a bit of a break in between doing training for my new job. Staff where friendly and welcoming, although got a little caught out with the £150 security deposit, once it was paid and we headed up to the room we were very impressed. Apartment was spotless and lovely. Excellent wifi which enabled me to get some extra bits of training done even when I’d headed back there. Few very minor things we picked up on - pans are very much meant for one person, quite small and made it a bit tricky when cooking a meal. Only one pillow on each side of the bed, although I utilised a cushion from the room to boost mine a little and did the job perfectly. Lovely and quiet area, with a good quality nights sleep. Highly recommend paying out a little extra for a room with a balcony as even in the winter it was lovely to sit out with a coffee (from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine provided!) and admire the views of the Albert Dock and Cathedral. Large Tesco only a few minutes walk away, which is useful with parking being difficult in a city centre location. Would absolutely stay again, as this would be perfect for a little city break with so many amenities and attractions within close proximity. Excellent value for money!

In regards to the beds, we are currently in the process of updating the mattresses so will look into getting some spare pillows - just so you don't have to steal the cushion from the sofa! We will also look into how well stocked each of our kitchens are. Some have larger pans than others, so we will see if we can get bigger pans for all rooms. Very well service apartment ”
Location is quite good, just 5mins walk to Liverpool One shopping centre. The apartment inside is Superb! Spacious in everywhere and the furnitures are in good quality too. We had a very lovely stay after spending the whole day in the city and screaming for the victory at Anfield. Would definitely come back again without hesitation if visit Liverpool again.

Cons- the main entrance wasn’t very clearly signed so struggled to find it but the receptionist was very helpful. I did find that the apartment was lacking in utensils/cooking equipment eg a sharp knife, a dish to cook in. But think that will all come with time as they are very new apartments.

Excellent bed and bedding. Really comfy sleep. Apartment was just what we needed. Spotless, well laid out, a home from home in these exceptional times. If you're planning on doing a lot of cooking the kitchen only has the basics e.g. 3 pots, no pans, so you would need to bring your own. Wifi could do with a boost. Overall an excellent place to stay in Liverpool and we hope to be back!

Modern, very comfortable apartment. Everything you could need, e. g. crockery, cutlery, appliances, large refrigerator. Spacious with 3 double beds, 1 en- suite shower room & 1 large bathroom. Great price, would highly recommend.

Relaxed Break”
The 6 person apartment was perfect for myself and two grown up daughters and a large dog. It was surprisingly quiet. Beds comfy. Location very good for shops and dock. I will definitely consider staying here again.

great stay after a few teething problems ”
Having booked a 1 bed apartment fir myself and my friend I was looking forward to staying here . Previous to my arrival I had been in contact via email to a lady called Jessica to make sure we had twin beds in the room. I was assured the beds would be split. On arrival we were assigned a room which was however a double bed which could not be split. We asked to be moved up one that had twin beds or more than one bed. However the apartments were all fully booked. We were therefore left with not many options other than to move premises but at 4pm on a Saturday this wasn’t going to be easy. The staff were very apologetic and did eventually sort out a new bed to be put in the lounge to solve the issue. I was extremely grateful to the lady on reception and the two young girls who helped with this issue. So thank you for resolving what could have been awkward.

Excellent location. Within 2 minutes walking distance for pubs/clubs. Within 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants and the hotwater comedy club. Parking available on site if booked in advance (first come basis) if not available a few small parking spots close by. Apartment clean tidy l. Maybe a excellent location but still private and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful.
