    The hotel is getting old and not well taken care of. Towels were such low quality Keys did not work well (no card) Coffee was worst, and the breakfast was poor. The place needs renovation.

    La posizione è ottima, le camere grandi e ben attrezzate, quelle che danno su via XX settembre sono rumorose per il traffico e i tram. Nella doccia mancava il braccetto mobile ma c'erano due soffioni, entrambi parzialmente otturati dal calcare. Colazione passabile. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Sostanzialmente consigliabile per la posizione e pulizia.
