Poor cleanliness and maintenance”
The room have cockroaches. Only 1 light working. There’s a leak on the ceiling, water drops when it rains. Bed sheets and bath towels have stain.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly as there was a little cockroach found. The aircon almost cools the room. There is no access to tv. The phone doesn't work. The wires were broken. With the shower, yes, the heater works good. No single soap in the bathroom. All in all the cleanliness is not good.

Kindly update your facility benefits. It is very much inconvenient for us guest to book on a hotel that says they do have parking space but in actual there's NONE, and WIFI is NOT accessible in the rooms. Kindly give accurate information and do not disappoint your guests.

room had no windows, lights were flickering, the air conditioning was faulty. our room's electricity went out for a while.

Room is too old, and doesn't match what's on the picture. Flush and shower doesn't work. You have to use a bucket. Musty smell. Noisy aircon. TV has no remote. No wifi on the rooms, only on the lobby. Room doesn't have a rug. Only good point is the location and polite staff.

The place is near SM complex so i just have to walk about 5 blocks to attend an event in SMX. It's also just a tricycle ride to the pier bound for Iloilo and Dumangas. Ideal for overnight accommodation if purpose if just for having a bed and bathroom. There are turo-turo just outside of the building if you are ok with carinderia food.

Very accessible, neat and the refreshener in the room is really good. However there’s an insect in the restroom and I suggest put some clorine in the bowl to back the real color of white. Security is really really good cctv is all around!

You get what you pay for. Place is in need of general renovation. Dirty and old. Seen a lot of cockroaches and the room smell's like something died. Will not recommend. You can get a better room for 1k php

It's not as pretty as it looks in the pictures but, for a thrift traveller, this one's good enough. And the location is excellent. Although their divider for room's not that thick I think because we can clearly hear the guests next door. It did not sound pleasing.
