Nice hotel in Small City, but Lacking Amenities”
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years. The staff still remembers my name and are very helpful when I arrive with my luggage. The rooms are spacious and are built of good materials, but there are very few amenities. We stayed in the Presidential room. It was very spacious but there was nothing to do with the space. There are few cabinets for clothes. They table inside is very small. There is no coffee maker. Breakfast is not free, is expensive, but served very quickly. WiFi is sufficient. There is a hotel taxi to take you places, but is a little pricey. There is a lot of potential with the hotel. With a few upgrades, it would be very classy. They need to learn from D'Hotel in Dipolog City, which is a very classy hotel and sets the standard for exceptional service and what a hotel can be. Their rooms are smaller but well designed. The rooms at Cheradel are large, but not well designed.

It was nice but the food was pricey and you had to pay for the water in the room and had some laundry done there and it was 4x the price that I paid in the city at plaza alemania hotel but over all it was a nice place quiet but also so far from everything if you don't have a car

ants everywhere in the room, uncomfortable mattress, almost no water pressure, incompetent staff. i left as soon as i could after 1 night. i was also overcharged.

Quiet room, very poor staff.”
Rooms are quiet, beds hard, bedding very poor quality, no hand towels or face towels, telephone did not work, bathtub leaked and not enough hot water. TV reception was poor, many of the channels did not work. There is a small pool but it did not look clear so did not swim in it. AC was good and quiet. Room was spacious but overpriced really for what you get, no breakfast included in the room. The big problem was the receptionists were cold, not really rude and did not know anything about the area. I asked to have a driver and guide on the day I arrived arranged but the following day when I went down they had done nothing and said it was Sunday. They actually had no phone numbers for a guide! How can a hotel not have that information. When I asked about going to lake Llano, located 40 kms from Iligan the receptionist had no idea where it was. When I asked that the problems in my room be repaired nothing was ever repaired. Unless you have family to visit in Iligan I would give it a miss, the town is really not very nice, with very little of interest there. Lastly upon check out they charged me for the drinking water which was insane!

Quiet and Relaxing Surroundings”
Beautiful surroundings, especially the garden with the pool. It certainly is a place for couples,or with children in tow. The hotel was very clean, inside and outside the hotel room. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

it was very good spacious clean friendly staff pool and sauna very good food was very nice I upgraded to president suit as I wanted a bigger room with a balcony I thought it was a little bit expensive to stay at this hotel otherwise every thing fine

In der Gegend vermutlich das Beste Hotel”
Das Hotel ist in dieser Gegend vermutlich das Beste, was es zu bieten hat. Im inneren der Hotelanalage sieht man das Alter deutlich, es dürfte so langsam renoviert werden. Für dieses Geld bin ich etwas Besseres gewohnt, aber gut, es ist halt die Lage. Das Hotel und die Anlage werden rund um die Uhr bewacht, somit konnte ich ruhig schlafen. Liegen zum sonnen gibt es leider keine, auch nicht auf Anfragen in der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit. An alle, die in Illigan übernachten möchte, kann ich das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Die Einkaufszentren sind überall gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

angenehmes Publikum, problemloses check in/out, mittelgutes Frphstück, sehr gutes Essen ala carte, schöner pool, Zimmerservice nicht ganz zuverlässig, aber saubere, schöne Zimmer; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mittel, das Hotel sehr gepflegt, seine Lage mittelgut.
