Great location to stay, surrounding by many types of Hue street food n restaurants. Easy access to citadel, Dong Ba market and Big C. Receptionists are friendly n helpful for street food directions whenever is inquired. Breakfast is selected one day in advance from the receptionist so that the hotel kitchen can get ready the breakfast for the next day, however, I did not opt for hotel breakfast service as I prefer street food breakfast. My double room was compact and has no where to open my baggage and NO place to hang my used clothes even though the closet is provided. The children stayed in the hotel is too noisy and the guests were not considerated by continuing press door bells at night and early in the morning which has caused annoying. This shall be improved to overcome the shortcomings.

Perfect place for exploring Hue. Its just in the middle of the Backpacker-quarter. The Room was small, but very clean and with a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful with everything (Organizing a Tour or Scooter was not a problem and cheap). Breakfast could have been better...

All good and very comfortable and clean room in a well situated location, didn't have much to do with the staff although they were very friendly and helpful when we spoke with them. Will be returning for sure on a return trip to Hue.

Brand New, Modern Amenities!”
We stayed here for three nights during the hotels "soft" opening in April 2017. The staff, while still in their learning stages, were friendly and accommodating . Fantastic breakfast! The rooms are compact but make the best out of the space with a very nice wardrobe to store your luggage and items. Very strong wifi, English channels on the TV, and luxury linens and fixtures. While we visited the temperatures were extremely high and we enjoyed coming back to our cozy, air conditioned room to watch a movie one afternoon after a walk around the Imperial city. On our way out we had an opportunity to sit and meet the owner/manager Tony, who was extremely accommodating and told us about his vision for the hotel and asked for any feedback we may have. He is very dedicated to his establishment and we look forward to visiting again! Good luck!

Newly Opened Hotel ”
Cherry Hotel is a newly opened hotel. We were very impressed with our modern room. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The rooftop cafe unfortunately wasn't ready during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to friends!

The front desk ladies and bell men were extraordinarily friendly, and very helpful at helping organize our excursions! They even arranged an early breakfast on our departure day! Hotel location is in the area closed to traffic on weekends which is very fun! The double room was very tiny, not as the pictures seemed to show, also, there was no in room safe, which the website seemed to indicate. The hotel is off a lane way which makes it very quiet at night, plus has great soundproof windows.

We booked this hotel for three nights and liked it so well we stayed another four nights to stay through my birthday. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. The free breakfast was also very nice although we really aren't big on breakfast. We have stayed at so many hotels in Asia and this was probably the best so far. I highly recommend it!

The location is the middle of the walking street even though It's on small alley. The hotel is very new and has a good bed, staff is very kind and polite. But there is some cleaning issue as many small fries in the room & bathroom. The breakfast was disppointned;; Beyond them,It's so cheap, so still it's worth to stay as it's very cheap and new. I might come back again

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We were always greeted with smiles and friendly conversations by all members of the staff. They would go above and beyond to help you with anything. The location is optimal and you are within walking distance of all main attractions and areas. Stayed here one night, rented a good bike and had a great night sleep. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and the location was excellent, right in the middel of the city center. Would stay here again!
