Such a lovely homestay!!!!”
Thao hosted us for 2 night in her new villa. Room was enough big and really clean. She invited us to traditional art theatre for a interesting show. She and her family cooked for us (they live next house). First morning, she prepared us breakfast at 5h30 to allow us to avoid too many tourists in my son sanctuary. We forgot our passport but she arranged us a taxi to the airport. She was adorable such as our stay. Thank you again Thao!

We had a lovely stay at this villa! Everything was perfect, and it was very affordable. The host was very helpful, polite and spoke very well english. The villa is located a short scooter/bike ride away from the city centre, and is in my opinion a perfect location. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. If we decide to visit Hoi An again, we would definitely stay here again. I would recommend everyone to stay here! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Short but valuable stay. ”
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and were blown away by the hospitality and value for money. The price was lower than 98% of the places in the area, while including a free breakfast, a comfortable and spacious room with a nice en suite bathroom. The host was very friendly and helped us with all of our needs, from laundry and massages, to airport transfer and renting bicycles and a motorbike at a very affordable price. The location truly gave us an authentic experience of living in Vietnam outside of the tourist areas, but we were a short ride away from the Old Town which we rode into each day for restaurants and shopping. The beach was a 15-20 minute drive away as well. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

The villa is located on another island, but they offer you bicycles to get around. We really loved staying there and the staff is super helpful, you can arrange for them to pick you up and drop you off. The banana pancakes are really good

Lovely homestay ”
We were very impressed with our stay at Chi Thanh villa. The rooms were exceptionally clean, large, and well equipped. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was decent. The location is not near the centre of Hoi An, but that is part of the charm. We rented a motorbike and riding around the countryside nearby was a highlight of the trip. Would love to stay again.

Is run by a Nice friendly family. Unforntunately we got sick (not there!) and they helped us to get better. They have good bikes to rent for a small price. Within 10 minutes u can be in the historical center of Hoi An.

The location is really bad. Pick-up service is more expensive than Grab. It is difficult to grab and it is inconvenient to move. I would never recommend this place

Great place, bad location with no good scooters”
Pros: the actual hotel is really lovely. Had 2 beds with a balcony. Was very clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast was very good. Cons: location is very bad. Nothing around. You need to get a taxi into town. They say the provide scooters but the first scooter we rode had broken brakes so was VERY dangerous on the main roads. The second day we asked for a different scooter but they were ALL broken (ie didn’t start, engine turned off, more brakes broken). So that ate into our day trying to sort that out. The staff were encouraging us to ride the unsafe scooters, but they eventually said that they fixed one so we used that for the day. Still didn’t feel 100% safe. Also the helmets are not proper helmets and couldn’t tighten. There was nowhere nearby that provided scooters either, not really anything else around either (restaurants, shops).

We booked 2 rooms for 9 nights at the Chi Thanh Villa. When we arrived we were greeted with welcome arms and shown our rooms. The were very clean and spacious with a cute verandah. Breakfast was included and each morning we met others staying and chatted. We hired scooters directly and this got us around easily. Old town was about 3.5 km ride and another 3.5km to An Bang Beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay a bit out of the busy parts of Hoi An.

El hotel está apartado del centro pero el paseo en bici es super agradable y bonito, teniendo la oportunidad de ver como vive la gente autóctona y atravesando el río y campos de arroz, la dueña es muy servicial esta para todo lo que necesitas, incluye un desayuno correcto qe lo decides con ella para el día siguiente, el hotel es nuevo, camas cómodas, baño impecable, aire acondicionado, televisión, te permite comprar tu comida y cocinar, teníamos dudas de cuánto tiempo íbamos a estar y nos vamos a quedar toda nuestra estancia en Hoi An
