Very resonable for narita airport”

It's a minute away from the chiba station, and there are two shower booths and washbasins, so it's really convenient to go to the airport in the morning. And you can get a really large accommodation at a low price.

外観は怖目でした、、が、中は綺麗で良かったです。アメニティも人数分ありましたが追加で欲しくてもスタッフの方が居ないので貰えません。電話は繋がらずメールでの問い合わせは可能でした。不明な点もおおかったですが遅い時間に行って寝るだけなら全然問題無いと思います。トイストーリーの布団カバーに子供達は喜んで居ました（笑）

泊まる前に読んでよく考えてください”

良い点 広い 必要ないのにダブルベッドが2つある フロントがないので面倒なチェックインや鍵預けたりがない(ドアのロックキーに暗証番号を打ち込んで部屋に入りメールにてチェックインを伝えました) 風呂とトイレは別で、風呂が広い 駅まで歩いて10分で、近い 内装は綺麗 安い 悪い点 連泊の際途中の清掃作業やリネン類の交換、アメニティの追加等は一切ない、ゴミも取りに来てくれない フロントがないので有事の際の対応が遅れる、(他のクチコミだと対応してくれない様子) トイレの電気設備がない(ウォシュレットや、便座が暖かかくなる等) すぐ外が線路なので深夜までうるさい(防音とうはされてない様子) チェックイン方法や、フロントが居ないことについて事前に説明がない、サイトにも載っていないので困惑する 総評 値段の安さ、部屋の広さ、フロントがないのでチェックインは楽、駅からは近いが、泊まるならばマイナスな所をしっかり自分で対処しないと後悔します、他の人のコメントにもありましたが、何かあっても対応は遅かったりしてくれなかったり、また改善されてないようです。 また線路の音が本当にうるさいので小さい子供には厳しいと思います、私は仕事でただ、泊まるだけだったので問題ありませんでしたが普通のホテルなみのサービスを求めて利用すると大変だと思います、予約キャンセルが絶対出来なくて、予約した瞬間からキャンセル料も100%取られるのでよく考えてから予約してください

ディズニーの帰りに宿泊”

クチコミの通り、電車の音、振動が凄かったです。1日中遊び疲れ果てたのですぐ爆睡したので良かったですが、そうでなければ気になり眠れない方もいるかも… この時期に安く泊まれクチコミを読んでそなれりに準備をして行ったので良かったです。 必ず口コミを見て行った方が良いと思います。 宿泊を節約したい方、騒音が気にならない方なら良いと思います

家族旅行で利用しました。”

家族でディズニー仕様の部屋に泊まってディズニーランドに行くのが夢だったので低価格で泊まれて嬉しかったです。口コミに書いてあった電車の音は確かに大きかったのですが私も夫も息子達も気にならなかったです。近所のコインランドリーの地図があればもっと良かったです。Googleで検索してもヒットしなかったのですが近所の親切な住人が教えてくれました。ファミリーマート登戸小学生前店の隣にありました。5分くらいです。広くてとても居心地の良い部屋でした。関東圏の旅行の際は是非また利用したいなと思います♪
