Condo is a 1br flat with floor area of 46.35sqm. With kitchen. Unit has wifi internet.

Maximum of 4 occupants only.
Check-in : 2pm; Check-out 12noon

Kitchen comes with ref, induction stove, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle and basic kitchenware and dinnerware

The sofa bed is twin sized and has a pull-out also twin sized.

With multi-point hot and cold water in bathroom.
IMPORTANT:

I love the place, clean and have complete utilities. The building is near the beach so you can just walk towards the beach or ride the shuttle as well. Staff is friendly and helpful and responsive as well. I enjoyed our stay :)

Love our stay with this unit. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. Bed is comfy, room is big with all the needed complimetaries plus walking distance to the beach. I think the only issue is poor wifi connection but its because of the location in general, not the unit's fault. The beach has a good internet reception if you need it. Would definitely recommend!

best stay cation we have made in celebrating the holiday. the property is not too crowded and safe most specially now a days where we are in a pandemic. staffs are nice and very accommodating. the place where we stay is recommendable it is clean and complete with kitchen amenities, in totality we have a fun holiday

Great place to stay in Pico de Loro ”

The place was clean & orderly. I especially liked its minimalist design. It’s within walking distance from Pico Beach, so we did not have to wait for the shuttle. We had a good night’s rest in the comfy beds. Clean towels & essentials were also provided. The host and the caretaker are both responsive and friendly. The only issue is the slow WiFi, but maybe it’s a common problem in the area. All things considered, we had a great time here. Would recommend this to my friends. 😄

Comfortable stay nevertheless ”

The unit precisely Looked As it is in the photos. Most areas of the unit is well lit except for the bathroom. I think one light fixture on the sink requires replacement already. Wifi signal In the unit is a bit weak but luckily my network provider’s signal is working well in most of the areas in Pico de Loro so I was still able to join my online meetings for work. It would be better if you can replace your plates with lighter ones for ease of handling. There are affordable versions of Corelle-like plates in ikea. Over all, I’d still be coming back in this place and even recommend others to book it.
